Hidden gem. Busy even on a weeknight. Delicious & cheap $5 pizza, couple different topping options as well. Amazing variety of drinks. Many of them are delicious. The place has a laid back vibe great hangout spot.View more

Le service était correct, très lent, mais l'endroit était bondé.
Les cocktails sont un peu chers, mais très bon & originaux. La pizza à 5$ était également très bonne.

The service was amazing! Both the waitress & the bartender provided us with an exceptional experience & made our visit even more enjoyable. As for the food, the pizza was good overall, & the arancini were tasty. However, the portion was quite small-only three pieces. It would be better to serve a larger portion or include more pieces.View more

You have to come here. You need to try this place. It is worth the line to get in. Once inside you are met by this beautiful decor of neon, a dj who spins regaeton & other songs that what to make you get up & dance. We'll we were dancing in our seats & the cocktails, crafty & delicious.. I started with one drink & ended up with 4 cocktails.
Definitely coming back this place is a vibe.
Otherwise, if you're hungry, you can order from Fugazzi pizza below . If you don't drink ,they also make nice mockails.

We had an exceptional experience there. The DJ that night was fantastic, he played all the early 2000s hits, which we really enjoyed. The drinks were also quite good, & the pizzas were only $5 after 11 p.m. on weekends. I believe the same deal starts at 10 p.m. on weekdays.View more

Little hidden gem! Part of worlds top bars list - delicious drinks, & really nice atmosphere! The music is nice, servers super friendly, perfect datenight place! Le Milky Way est un très bon bar, super bien décoré avec une ambiance très jolie illumination. Les cocktails sont délicieux & généreux. Les pizzas sont très abordables & offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il n'y a pas de réservation, c'est premier arrivé, premier servi. Nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes avant d'être installées, & 30 minutes pour recevoir nos boissons & nos pizzas, mais les serveurs sont très gentils. Je recommande !View more

This was my second time coming to Montreal, but my first time going out for drinks with my friends. I had the pleasure of going to this lovely bar, the Milky Way cocktail bar, with my friends. Our server who happened to be the manager of this beautiful place, her name was Daniella & she was amazing. Our table had gotten pizza, & a few drinks each & thought the prices were fair for how pretty & delicious the food & drinks were. Daniella made custom drinks for my friends who didn't know what to order & made the experience awesome. Would definitely recommend coming here if you don't know where to go in Montreal.View more

Mes coups de coeur : le cocktail Tropical Fruité & le Preach's Peach, tout simplement délicieux. L'ambiance était top, la musique excellente, & le personnel extrêmement chaleureux. DJ Yung NG, a assuré avec des mixes incroyables (Afro, RnB, rap…), de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Une vraie réussite musicale ! Côté nourriture, la pizza BBQ était savoureuse, mais le plat de spaghetti pesto manquait un peu de cuisson En résumé, c'est l'endroit parfait pour déguster des cocktails d'exception & profiter d'une ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale. I wish i could rate this place higher than five stars! Absolutely out of this world on all levels (pun intended) To access you go through this side door & up a flight of stairs with neon decor & black lights. Once inside it is a tropical jungle meets astrology lounge. The place is relatively small & tables are quite close together but it does have an intimate vibe. Cocktails were very tasty & they even have the option of getting the bartender to whip up a cocktail according to your preferred flavours & spirit. They no longer have the swan boats for their peach cocktail which is a bit disappointing so just a heads up if you were looking forward to it. Food was delicious, we got the inglewood pizza which is your classic margarita & the crust was nice & thin & well balanced.View more

I recently visited, & it was a great time! The drinks were great, special mention to the Marcus Hibiscus. The staff deserves a special mention. Our waitress was very kind & professional. The bouncer with the big glasses was professional & friendly. He greeted my party with a smile & made the check in process smooth. The pizzas we ordered were from the Fugazzi Pizza next door. The pizzas were great. Overall, I we had a great time. Would highly recommend.View more

Amazing decor, skylight, customer service (Eunice was top-notch!). Ordered pizza from Fugazzi & they were really good too, especially with their own original spicy oil. Music could've been better & they had only one cocktail on the fruitier side. But the vibe & service more than made up for it !View more

We just had the best time at Milkyway Cocktail bar. I had been wanting to go to this bar for years, so when my sister's bf was looking for a spot to propose to my sister, I knew this was it. I messaged them ahead of time & they were so accommodating. When we arrived, Alex was a peach. His service was just attentive enough & we felt well taken care of. The bar flooded because of the rainstorm, HOWEVER, the staff made sure to take great care of us until the final sip of our drinks. This was the perfect venue for my sister's proposal, the service was awesome (s/o Alex), the drinks were exceptional & the Killa Bees pizza was *chef's kiss*. All the awards are well deserved & I can't wait to recommend this bar to anyone I know who visits Montreal :)View more

Hands down one of the best bars I've ever been to. Nothing can be criticised here it was perfection. The cocktails are awesome & pizzas are top quality. I was fortunate enough to be served by Lola who is an extremely skilful & knowledgeable bartender, plus she was very welcoming & friendly. We finally got around to visiting the renowned bar. Arriving at opening was barely early enough to sit as a throng of people soon filled in under the beautiful skylight. A great blend of modern & classic music establishes an impeccable ambiance. We had to order the most ridiculous drink on the menu (couldn't help myself) & paired it with some superb pizza from the the affiliated downstairs pizzeria @fugazzipizza. (For some reason there's different music playing in the bathroom & we found that extremely entertaining)View more

Milky Way Cocktail Bar was phenomenal!!! It was a little hard to find on the street, but luckily the employees at the Pizza Place next door were more than willing to direct us. The atmosphere is great. The music is not too loud & I did not feel squished into my seat by other patrons. Service was phenomenal. I didn't catch the servers name but he was friendly & kind. Two other patrons in the bar even switched their seats to accommodate for my larger party. I had three drinks there: The Marcus Hibiscus, the Disco Pisco, & the Yec'hed Mat. My favorite of those was the Disco Pisco, but another in my party had the Island in the Sun, which we unanimously agreed was the best on the menu. I would say the cocktails listed on the menu could fit the needs of almost anyone's palate, & only a few drinks overlapped greatly in flavor. Some of the drinks I found to be a bit too eccentric for my taste (particularly the A La Luz), but I was clearly able to find several I liked, & there were also several crowd pleasers. Food was offered from the Pizza Place below, which was convenient, affordable, & tasty. Overall, a fantastic bar with interesting flavors & combinations. The staff obviously love their jobs, as that shows through both the service & the booze.View more

Such a beautiful bar! I really liked everything about it. Great atmosphere with ambient lighting & decorations, very nice cocktails in all kind of bowls & glasses, & you can order food to the bar from the downstairs Italien restaurant that makes very good pizza!
