My Honest Review of Milestones Laval
I've visited this location a few different times, & while I wanted to give it a fair chance, my experiences have been inconsistent.
Dinner/Lunch Experience:
The food itself was generally goodd, around a 7.5/10 - but the service is consistently very slow, even when the restaurant isn't busy. On each visit, there were maybe 2-4 tables occupied, yet orders still took longer than expected. There were also repeated errors, such as wrong or missing drinks or items. The staff were polite, but organization & attention to detail clearly need improvement.
Brunch Experience:
Unfortunately, brunch was a completely different story & not a good one. My group waited 45 minutes for our food, despite the restaurant being almost empty. Midway through the wait, our server came back to say one of the dishes couldn't be prepared as ordered because of an ingredient issue. The confusing part is that the menu didn't even list that ingredient. After some back-&-forth between the waiter, manager, & chef, we were told the menu was right after all, we don't need to change it.
By the time our meals finally arrived, they were disappointing; either bland, watery or way too salty. None of the three guests enjoyed their food. Based on that experience, I'd rate the brunch 3/10 & honestly wouldn't recommend it.

Service Speed: 4/10
Milestones Laval has potential, their regular menu is decent but the inconsistency in service & food quality, especially at brunch, makes it hard to recommend without major improvements.

We went for drinks & some food before the hockey game; our Uber driver took a wrong turn on the highway, so we got there a little later than anticipated. Our server, Christie, helped us out a lot, bringing us some food & drinks quickly. The customer service provided was excellent, very friendly & professional. A great experience, thank you!

Great welcome by Christie, we were in a rush for the Rockets 🚀 game. Christie sat us in a hurry & took our orders right away. The staff went above & beyond for a table of 3 of us. Food & drinks were quick & we made it to the game on time. Great atmosphere. Clean & modern. Highly recommended. Will be back.

Salad was exquisite, drinks were also good. The only bad thing is it was long to have our plates, so go there with some extra time to chill & then eat! P.S. : French fries with Parmesan & garlic, TOO DIE FOR!!!

I'm not a big fan of the food although their ribs are better than BR. However, their drinks & cocktails are worth going out for. They are literally delicious & it's unfortunate I'm always a driver & I have to limit myself to one drink.

Loveeee this restaurant! This time we tried the cauliflower & salmon tartare as entree & it was very good! As meal we took the korean burger & blue cheese burger with ceasar salad & it was amazing! It is a very good chain restaurant. The cocktails are slow too come but very good! We recommend the Smash au concombre & the pineapple drink!! The waitress & bussgrils were very nice. The restaurant looks very nice & clean.

This was our first time but not our last. The staff & atmosphere was great. Great variety from entrees to main dishes & desserts along with a variety of drinks & wine.

Les entrées étaient excellentes (burrata, tacos, iceberg). La portion de tacos de poisson est très généreuse & pourrait à elle seule être un repas. Les drinks étaient impeccables (spritz aux agrumes, Caesar). Les plats principaux étaient très bons, la cuissons des viandes réussies & la qualité du service était relevée. Un petit bémol pour le café qui était fade. L'endroit est beau & propre!

Loved this place. Our waitress Vanessa was so friendly & nice, one of the best waitresses I've ever had, & I've been to alot of restaurants. She took care of us, brought us water several times, brought us anything we were missing or needed. She was just great. For food we ordered an onion soup & wow it was so flavorful, I think it was one of the best onion soups I've had, the only comment I would say about this is maybe put abit less cheese but other then that so good. We got the California salad with Cajun chicken & it was so good. All the ingredients in the salad were just so well together, definitely a must try. We did ask for extra dressing tho. The spicy salmon tartare was good as well it came with fries & salad. For drink, if you are a Ceasars person you need to definitely get the chili mango, one of the best Ceasars I've had & also they are known for these bellini so if you want something sweet, definitely get that. I would definitely recommend this place highly. I will go back soon & try other stuff. Also if you park inside just validate your ticket & you won't pay at your exit.
