We came here for a friend's birthday but were underwhelmed by the food. The service was friendly & attentive, & the ambiance was elegant, which we appreciated. However, the food itself was disappointing. We ordered the 1989 Burger & the Roasted Mushroom Soup. The burger was dry, while both the fries & the soup were over-seasoned & too salty for the palate. We hope the restaurant takes this as constructive feedback to improve the quality & balance of flavours, so as to offer customers a more consistent dining experience across all touchpoints.

We dined at Milestones last Saturday & left thoroughly impressed. The dishes were delicious, the service seamless, & our server Lucas made the evening unforgettable with his attentive, friendly care. Kudos to Lucas & the entire Milestones team for a fantastic experience!

Our waitress, Amy, was warm, attentive, & genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down & checked in often with a smile.
If the kitchen matched her level of service, this place would be five stars all the way. Big thanks to her for turning an otherwise disappointing meal into a pleasant experience!

Nous sommes allés pour le souper. Nous avons été bien accueilli & la serveuse était attentive & prenait le temps d'expliquer le menu & les spéciaux. Nos plats étaient délicieux. J'ai un peu moins aimé le pain de mes sandwichs mais je crois que c'est une question de goût. La qualité & la fraîcheur étaient là. Triste qu'il en ait pas dans la ville de Québec.

I understand this is a chain but it's delicious We loved our meal there Caesar salad was top Chicken Bowl dish is absolutely a must. We couldn't get enough of it The Korean burger was good as well Carrot cake was good. Service is very attentive & the prices rather good for this level of food I recommend going & I'll be coming back for sure

2nd visit & looking forward to our 3rd! Much better than comparable restaurants in the area, excellent value for your money. Had the butternut squash ravioli, iceberg wedge salad & mango pork chop. Everything fresh & very tasty! Chill atmosphere & friendly attentive service.

I enjoyed my recent visit to Milestones. The atmosphere was inviting & the staff were friendly & attentive. The food was delicious, especially the fish plates. I would definitely recommend Milestones for a night out with friends or family.

First - I travel extensively for work. I have visited countless restaurants, in countless USA States & within Montreal. The food is amazing & the staff is amazing. More on Staff - When you visit the newly opened Laval location, you need to request Vanessa. She is literally, hands down the best. She is attentive enough to make sure you always have what you need, but does not bombard you with overwhelming attention to where the meal becomes unenjoyable.

Truly a remarkable experience. I ordered the chicken chili bowl, & it exceeded all expectations - flavorful, hearty, spicy enough to need a sip of water, & simply delicious. The staff were incredibly kind & attentive, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return & try more of their fantastic dishes!
