On a demandé de changer les frites pour de la salade dans leur special poulet riz frites take out en précisant qu'on pouvait payer un supplément. Le serveur etait sec & bête comme si on le dérangeait & nous a demandé d'attendre dehors alors que le resto était a moitié vide. Qu'il viendrait nous porter la commande. Grosse déception en ouvrant la commande à la maison, il n'y avait pas de riz & la salade était congelée en pain, du jamais vu !! Le poulet etait excellent heureusement !Voir plus

We are going to this place for over a year almost once a month. The service is always very fast & good & the food is marvellous. Except for today, we showed up 2 hours before a show. We ordered an appetizer of croquettes along with two quarter chicken, which is the specialities of the place. We were served our appetizers 40 minutes after ordering & our chickens almost an hour after ordering. A table right behind us ordered the exact same thing & were in & out in less than 45 minutes. Along with being flirted by the waiter & entertain by him instead of taking care of other tables. We were not the only one with poor service & long service. When expressing that we would like the bill quick so we are not late we were told we should not go dining before a show if we don't have time... we had two hours which is more than enough for what we ordered, especially since it takes less than that in all other occasions. We were very sad & disappointed by the lack of empathy or even remorse for the bad service by the waiter. That makes us rethink our choices in the future. So worth a visit. Perfect brunch place to hang out with friends or family. Will go back very soon. Too many food options to try out in one day. Probably need a legit plan & the reason I say this , you need to let them know when you come in , they know hospitality in the real sense. Oops almost missed the only thing I clicked the bread. It has to be luck that this place stays open. It's not the food or the people running the place. It's like the old saying that applies to this establishment. You get what you pay for. Don't complain because it will fall on deaf ears.

Nous y sommes allés 2 fois à 6 mois d'écart & on a eu 2 fois le même serveur. La première fois on y est allé dans un moment de rush avec notre fille & on nous a oublié, il a fallu qu'on repasse commande après 45 min d'attente a table... ils nous ont offert les desserts pour s'excuser sans vraiment avoir le sourire. Deuxième fois on y est allé en amoureux, j'ai reçu une salade verte pour commencer sans explication avant ma salade au poulet & mon chum n'a rien eu/ pas compris!? Puis on a demandé du sel & poivre, la réponse fut "On n'en a plus", j'ai dû redemander à un autre serveur pour en avoir vu qu'ily en avait sur les tables libresplus loin... Mon chum a reçu son plat avec une erreur de commande, ils ont modifiés tout de suite. Tous les autres clients ont eu un panier de pain beurre, pas nous. Il y a des prix différents entre le menu au mur & le menu papier. La nourriture est excellente. Commander vos desserts à l'avance car sinon fin de repas il n'y a plus de choix :)Voir plus

We love this restaurant normally (5 stars), but last night we had our meal delivered & frankly it seemed like it came from a different restaurant. The ribs were overcooked & just not that good.
