This is exactly what we were missing in Verdun - tasty sushi place with BYOB option. We walked in one day for late lunch & were pleasantly surprised - very tasty & fresh variety of sushi at reasonable prices. Thank you!

I dined at Miku & had a very disappointing experience. I shared my dietary restrictions (no dairy, no tempura), which are generally easy to accommodate at a sushi restaurant, & ordered the chef's special.

What I received was a platter made entirely of imitation crab. Not a single piece of raw fish. The maki consisted of crabstick, & the rolls were just crabstick with lettuce. It felt incredibly underwhelming & not at all reflective of what you'd expect from a chef's selection.

We were short on time & couldn't ask for a replacement, but when asked about our experience, we were honest. We expressed how surprising & disappointing it was to receive a platter composed solely of crabstick. The response: they told us that since many of their rolls contain tempura, instead of requesting'no tempura,' we should have asked for'tempura removed.' That explanation felt dismissive & missed the point entirely. Overall, a very poor experience. We won't be returning & will be sharing our experience with others.

Very dissapointed in the sushi we ate. The price is similar to other much better places, but the fish was not fresh. The tuna especially had a weird smell & the pieces were hard to chew. We couldn't finish it, we felt sick after.
The service was ok, but could have been better considering how many clients were there. The menu comes in many pieces & you have to ask about the sushi to get a separate menu with the sushi descriptions.

C'est décevant faire une commande assez grosse pour fêter un anniversaire & arriver à la maison, checker dans le sac & se rendre compte qu'il manquait des assiettes que l'on avait commandé. Pas de baguettes pour le sushis, pas, des soupes froides. A ne plus y retourner. On appelle pour avoir des réponses & personne répond.
