Cela fait des années que nous venons manger chez Mikasa, & nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Le décor, l'ambiance & la qualité du service & du menu sont exceptionnels. Nous continuerons à fréquenter cet endroit régulièrement & nous le recommandons à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine ! PS : Le Saumon Fondant dans les sushis est un véritable délice 😋
Le service était très lent. La nourriture était beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'était. Plusieurs personnes à notre table avait fini de manger & d'autres recevait leur repas 15 minutes après. L'ambiance & le decor était très bien cependant.

Un souper extraordinaire! Nous avons eu le souper dégustation & c'était un délice. Merci énormément à Billy pour ce merveilleux service. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer chaque service. Je vous recommande énormément la salade de homard & le thon katsu !! 100/10 La salade de homard était trop bonne qu'on a oublié de la prendre en photo !!!
The kitchen was extremely slow, despite it being a Saturday night (no unusual that the restaurant was busy). Took us a full 65 minutes to get our sushi after we ordered it... The sushi was very fresh & tasty however! If I were to get food from here in the future, it would only be for take out
9/10 tout était parfait, j'étais dans la salle en haut, excellente découverte, juste comme les serveurs pourraient moins venir pour demander si tout va bien étant donné qu'on a les boutons pour les appeler sinon c'était parfait
The food was delicious but the wait was extremely long. We arrived at 7pm & an hour later, we still had not been served any of the dishes we ordered. Nothing was done to compensate as opposed to restaurants like Kegs where the manager himself comes to apologize & offer a dessert or a drink on the house. Much improvement needed. If you can't serve that amount of people, don't host so many.

Dans la toilette des dames, les porte-savon au mur étaient brisés & vides! L'un était arraché du mur & l'autre sur le point de tomber. À rémédier svp. Merci!
De plus, manque d'entretien dans le cubicule (tatami): vieille sauce collante sur le bord de la table & sur les bancs.
The waitress was great. But we waited one hour & 15 min to get our food. We ordered three small Maki's, & four large Maki's. Nothing fancy. The servers did their job & apologized for the delay. One hour & fifteen is way too long to be served.
