This is a great little spot for some authentic Korean or optional Japanese food. All the dishes were very good, tuna tataki was hitting, kimchi on point, miso soup warmed my soul into heaven, & the kimchi seafood & soft tofu soup was da bomb. Service was over the top nice. I left my shades at the resto & they held onto them for me. Good people. ILL BE BACK!
Delicious family friendly spot with great variety & something for everyone. Kids looooved it! Chicken was super juicy & crispy, highly recommend any of their fried chicken dishes. Other Korean classics are also beautifully prepared & generously portioned. Excellent wait staff - fast courteous service but not overbearing. We'll be back!
Thank you for hosting my birthday party of 20+ people on Sat April 11, Miga staff & owners! I'm very grateful for the wonderful service you provided that evening & for the delicious dishes that kept rolling out of the kitchen. Everything was lively & perfect. All the invitees had a wonderful evening.
I chose Miga for my birthday because the first time I ate there with my friend, we were met with the same kind of courtesy & kindness. Someone in the comments said a young man kept calling him sir - I can attest, I've never been addressed as'sir' so many times in my life. It is not necessary young man, no need to make me feel so old hehe! & the food was great. It was a no brainer for me - I had to host here. To many more dinners!
We had a wonderful dinner here the other night!
We were in the mood for sushi so ordered a bunch of rolls which were all delicious!!
Next time we are coming back to try their Korean dishes!
I've come multiple times, either for dine in, take out, or delivery. I absolutely love the food, it is sooo flavourful, & imo, the only korean restaurant that might beat homemade meals 😆 I have dietary restrictions so I am not able to try everything, but the cheese tteokbokki is simply heavenly. I loved the japchae, banchan dishes, the udon soup & the maki's
Honestly one of the best Korean restaurants I've tried, & I've been to a lot. Everything was so flavorful, even the simple side dishes were amazing. I ordered the gamjatang & loved every bite, but my favorite was the bulgogi kimbap! Super fresh & not dry at all like the ones you sometimes get. The owner was also really kind & welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back🙂???
Authentic & delicious Korean food paired with fresh, high quality sushi. The pork bone soup (gamjatang) is perfect for this chilly weather & warms you right up. The salmon onion is the best sushi in montreal - the crispy onion pairs well with the salmon that melts in your mouth. The side dishes are a must - the raddish in particular is an amazing palate cleanser. The yuza tea is also sweet & refreshing. I certainly found my new hidden gem in montreal!
stumbled on this on the way to another restaurant with my partner, & could not be more pleasantly surprised. Such great gamja tang, side dishes & service was incredible!! definitely my go-to korean place in the city!
