We often get dumplings from MeiWei. They're well-made. Pricey on "the delivery app" but not so much if you go pick it up. We usually order 4 kinds of dumplings with some sides for 3 people: tempura shrimp, spicy cucumber salad, etc. Everything is always good. The service is fine & lightning fast. Hard to speak on the atmosphere because it's a small place in Westmount. So if you like cozy & quiet you will enjoy it.Voir plus

Their dumplings taste ok (the pork & chives ones are better than the pork & green onion ones) but their food is not suitable for anybody who suffers from MSG allergies. We even asked for them to not use MSG in their food & they took our order, our payment & made the delivery with a note on the plate saying "Dear Customer: We cannot remove it." rejecting our request to not use MSG. They put a lot of MSG into their food to enhance the taste that it left a very strong aftertaste in our mouth afterwards. Our mouths were so dry & we were so thirsty after eating their dumplings that we had to drink several bottles of water to quench ourselves. So if you suffer severe MSG allergies, it's best to avoid ordering from this place. Otherwise the food is fine. Our favourite is their potherb mustard & edamame beans. It's really good. If they can cook it without the sesame oil & cook the edamame beans a bit more, it would be even better.Voir plus

Stumbled upon this place & will definitely return! Alex was a very gracious server. Had 2 types of dumplings: vermicelli/spinach/chives & pork/shrimp/chives. Unless you're allergic, get the peanut sauce & thank me later 😉Voir plus

HIDDEN GEM ALERT! 💎 What an absolute find. This is a place that prides itself on its homemade, fresh, tasty dumplings. We ordered the #35, shrimp pork & chive dumplings. Immediately, you can tell the dumplings are hand made, fried or steamed to order. They're not even soup dumplings, but they are still juicy & full of flavor. They were served piping hot & we had all the right table ingredients to make dumpling sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil). When you open the dumplings, you can see pieces of whole shrimp, pork & chives, so you know it's real ingredients. Alex was extremely kind, hardworking & passionate. He was very friendly, fast service & knows his dumplings! I would keep coming here again & again. The inside of the restaurant is simple, very clean & feels very cozy. I hope people try this place. The service was perfect, the gentleman that served us was polite. & our food was prepared & a very timely manner. The peanut butter dumplings both fried & steamed were exceptional. The best peanut butter sauce I've had in a long time. We had the tofu, pork & shrimp dumplings which are all delicious. My 16-year-old had a matcha bubble tea which was not too sweet as most other bubble teas tend to be. Overall very pleased & highly recommend.Voir plus
