We ordered the custom cake for my son's birthday party. The chocolate cake was tasty! However, we did order a'personalized' cake with example images & called magateaux a couple of times to ensure everything was doable. The staff mentioned there was no problem to deliver the fire truck theme birthday cake for our son. Unfortunately we found out it was a chocolate cake with paper decorations on top. This is frankly not what we had expected after seeing beautifully personalized cakes on the business' instagram page. We love supporting local businesses but the level of personalization & price in our case was unfortunately hard to justify.

Le gâteau était décadent !! J'ai commandé un gâteau aux carottes & ça a dépassé mes attentes, il était délicieux.
Par contre, ça prend du temps pour recevoir des réponses sur instagram…
Si vous voulez commander, je conseille plutôt d'appeler.
J'ai commandé un gâteau personnalisé au thème de la jungle: gâteau au chocolat & glaçage vert. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir récupérer le gâteau tôt, le matin de l'événement, avant l'ouverture de la boutique.
Le gâteau était beau & ludique, mais surtout très bon & apprécié des convives.

Mon gâteau d'anniversaire était absolument délicieux & fort joli! J'ai choisi un gâteau vanille & fruit de la passion en forme de coeur. L'intérieur du gâteau était vraiment bon, le coulis de fruits & le petit croustillant praliné (pas sûre si c'était ça mais c'était bon haha) formaient le mélange parfait! C'est un gâteau pour les amateurs de crémage comme moi! Même le fondant sur le gâteau qu'on apprécie pas toujours était délicieux. Le gâteau n'était pas trop sucré, mais il était très riche. Personnellement, je ne changerais rien de ce gâteau!
J'ai également goûté à un gâteau d'automne à la citrouille qui était vraiment bon aussi. C'était une portion individuelle que mon amie a personnalisé. Vraiment très cool comme concept. J'ai déjà hâte de goûter aux autres saveurs!
Mise à jour 2025: Un autre gâteau pour mon anniversaire tout aussi phénoménal que celui de l'an dernier. Une perfection!
Ça fait deux fois que j'achète un gâteau pour un anniversaire & c'est toujours aussi bon! C'est vraiment un plaisir d'avoir une telle pâtisserie à Verdun.
Que ce soit pour faire faire un gâteau d'anniversaire ou déguster sur place c'est un délice. Le personnel est professionnel & chaleureux. Ils offrent plus que l'achat d'un gâteau, tu peux y faire des ateliers. Je trouve que c'est une belle façon d'explorer l'univers des pâtisseries. J'aime aussi que même si c'est une petite entreprise, elle voit grand. & offre des saveurs diversifié au fil des saisons!

Troisième fois que je commande un gâteau personnalisé & comme toujours je ne suis pas déçue. Le gâteau est magnifique en plus d'être délicieux. Le service est parfait & très humain. Merci encore pour tout !
J'ai commandé à Megateaux un gâteau vanille personnalisé, taille 8-10 portions, pour l'anniversaire de mon frère. Le gâteau, prêt en 48 heures, savouré à la température de la pièce, était délicieux. Tous les invités à la fête l'ont adorés.

First off, I very rarely write reviews so this is meaningful. I accidentally ordered a birthday cake for my partner for the day after his birthday (tired Mom!). I called today on the morning of his birthday explaining my blunder & wondering if they could help. They fixed my problem & made a beautiful carrot cake by 4pm! It was SO delicious. I am amazed with the high quality of the cake & the kind service. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this bakery! A gem in Verdun. ❤?
