The'shaved ice' tasted great but it is clearly not shaved ice at all. Its chunk of ice... its more like a'crushed ice' then shaved at all... Pretty dissapointing... i hope they change their ice machine because the taste is great but the ice is horrible... also the wait time is super long...Voir plus

Ordered the Avocado Milk Shaved Ice. The wait was long despite there being very few customers & the presentation was not great… spoons were also visibly dirty & sticky! Toppings did not have much taste but the overall dessert was good.
Note, the milk shaved ice is actually just shaved ice (not bingsu style). The ice was very chunky.
Overall, disappointed with my experience here & would not come back.Voir plus

This little shaved ice spot is such a gem!
The flavors are super bold & delicious - they really don't hold back. The portions are HUGE (seriously, they're not stingy at all!), & it's the perfect place to chill - quiet, relaxed, & easy to have a conversation. The staff is super friendly too, which made the whole experience even better.

I really enjoyed the flavours of their drinks & their grass jelly specialty dessert. It was just the right level of sweetness. However, I feel like the tapioca was a bit too chewy for my liking. Additionally, the price is a bit too expensive in my opinion. The bowl was around 15$ which is expensive to me because it only had chewy chunks that seemed like tapioca & grass jelly. I was expecting at least some fruits but it was missing a bit in my opinion. As for the bubble tea, I feel like 9$ is an acceptable price but it was a pretty basic drink though. It was a decent size & I did really like the flavours of the tapioca but once again, it was a bit too chewy in my opinion.Voir plus

The bingsu here is both delicious & visually appealing! It's the perfect spot to come with friends & enjoy the spacious, comfortable atmosphere, tasty food, & beautiful views for great photo moments. I really love this place!Voir plus

That mango shaved ice is insanely good. The ice cream ball at the top was ironically the highlight instead of the (still very good) shaved ice which i think is frozen juice/tea/syrup & not just frozen water. Price was a bit expensive, & the mangos were frozen with a very uncomfortable texture. Honestly if I could just order the ice cream at the top, I would.Voir plus

Hot desserts have always been my favorites & this place offered a wide variety of them. The hot Tofu Pudding (which was lukewarm on my last visit) with taro & red bean was satisfying. The portion was enormous, perfect for sharing.Voir plus

I have mixed feelings about this place, the first time i went I ordered the Super Twin Star which I absolutely loved, it was so good it reminded me of the Halo Mango in the Philippines! We were 4 people eating it & all of us enjoyed it. The problem is that when i went back knowing the Super Twin Star (served with mango snd strawberry) was so big I kindly asked if the served a smaller version of it because i planned on eating it alone. The man said yes but only in strawberry or mango & not both so i told him i would go for the strawberry (strawberry bonsai, which i claimed was the same ) but it was nothing like the Super Twin Star which was s total disappointment. The ingredients are not written anywhere so I ended up with lychee & tapioca which was not indicated & not like what i initially asked for. If i had known I wouldnt have ordered it.
