Everything about this place was incredible! Our waiter, Jerome, was so hospitable, kind, warm, & spoke excellent English! The food was delicious! We also loved having a table next to the open window with the heater turned on. Jerome also knew it was my wife's birthday without us having to tell them & gave her free dessert. 10/10 recommend!

Our first night in Montreal we wandered into the hotel steakhouse & had a great experience. Our server Quentin made us feel welcome & took great care of us. Strongly recommend!

C'est une des plus belles expériences de restauration que j'ai eu à a Montréal. Le service était impeccable des notre arrivée & ensuite les conseils & les attentions de notre serveur ont amené l'expérience à un autre niveau. Merci Cantin. La cuisine est tout simplement sublime, le restaurant portrait bien son nom, les pieces de viandes sont apprêtée avec soins & justesse. Les accompagnements nous ont surpris par leur originalite & leur goût. Ça vaut son prix. Définitivement à essayer !

Très déçu! Nous avons pris un tartare de boeuf - portion repas. La quantité minimaliste (une demi portion). C'était absolument sans goût. Les frites étaient ordinaires & pas très chaudes. & le prix du vin, dans les moins chers, sont à 70$ & l'huître à 4,50$ l'unité. Le service est très moyen. Il faut chercher le serveur. J'y suis allé à plusieurs reprises dans le passé. Je n'y retournerai pas. 🥺 Dommage.

Very nice place with a great selection of food if you have the wallet to accommodate. We had a simple appetizer which was fine but not amazing as was over salted.
