The service is very good! But the food is average for the price you pay. We ordered a bottle of rose (55 Cad) & one entrée & two main dishes & the bill was 200 CAD! The carpaccio is so think u don't taste the meat. Can certainly improve on the food side. Atmosphere, interior & service are good.
Magnifique soirée en famille, tout ça grâce à Valter qui nous a servi de manière exceptionnelle. Tout était délicieux & le service était vraiment attentionné. Nous y retournons définitivement!!

Came tonight & was absolutely amazing! The salmon tartare with orange was so fresh & lovely! Fries came hot! Our waitress Emma, Simon & Amélie were so lovely & welcoming, we will definitely be back !
A wonderful meal with excellent service. Our server, Emma, was great. Good suggestions regarding food & wine. The Caesar salad & rib eye steak were delicious & the cocktails were exactly right.
Sat at the bar & had my dinner there, great Bartender Jean L. , very knowledgeable & great conversationalist. Great service, had Steak Tartare, Ribeye… au poivre . Atmosphere is great & beers are fresh & crisp. Cocktails thumbs up.
Thanks to bartender Jean for making the eve great. Even got Profiteroles on the house as a buyback. Nice touch.
Came for dinner on Sunday after a day at the Grand Prix. Overall, our experience, the service, & the food were outstanding. Our server was Emma & she was a total rockstar!!
Even with the restaurant at full capacity over a major event weekend, Emma was able to ensure our water & wine glasses were always topped up, we had timing updates about when to expect the next course of our meal, & she even helped make recommendations for places for brunch the following day. The service was the best we had out of all the restaurants we ate at.
The food was outstanding! We enjoyed the beef carpaccio, shrimps cocktail, ribeye steaks, Monte Cristo potatoes, & ended with the profiteroles for dessert. I could write a whole essay on my obsession with the Monte Cristo potatoes - they are a MUST try! I would make a trip back to Méchant Boeuf for these potatoes alone.
Every element of the meal was spot on! This was far & away the best meal I ate in Montreal during our trip (& we had the chance to enjoy the legendary'duck in a can' earlier in the weekend, iykyk).
If you are in Montreal, do not miss the chance to eat here, & definitely do not skip the Monte Cristo potatoes - seriously it was THAT good!
Food was amazing. Emma & Sarah provided really good service. Sarah made us feel very welcoming for our first night in Montreal. What a great way to start our family's wedding ceremony.
