We went to McKibbins to see a comedy show & the whole experience was great!
The people are welcoming & friendly. The MC was hilarious.
We didn't try all the appetizing food that is on the menu. We did try the nachos & they were delicious. The only disappointment was there was no Guiness beer available. Bummer! However I tried the Irish red they had & it was good.
We will definitely go back..
This sports bar is everything a true fan needs. They offer a comprehensive range of pay channels-at least all the ones I could think of-which ensures you won't miss a game. The service is both friendly & efficient, & the beer selection is excellent. I especially enjoyed their onion soup-a real standout dish. With its vibrant atmosphere, this is the place in Montreal to catch a game, or even two!
One of my favorite Bar in Montreal. Amazing top notch service & staffs are so friendly & helpful. If you are looking for a nice bar around Montreal downtown, this is your go to place.
Even if the crowd is mostly older people, it is a great spot for anyone especially with the live music. It is a must for everyone in Montreal.
Always good, warm & welcoming. Live band on Thursday nights , good food , large selection of beverages.
It's good that there are multiple ambiences in the bar. I was on the 3rd floor & the music was weirdly mixed & very loud. I was with friends, so it was ok, but music could be better (at least in the 3rd)
Guinness from the Can. Bartender keeping pints behind the bar & topping em up for new orders. Not great.
The food was good, we really enjoyed the popcorn shrimps next to our drinks but the music was really loud & we had hard time hearing each other.
An Irish pub in a university town near McGill University. The atmosphere realy brings you to Irish… at the least the Irish I imagine.
The poutine is too salty, but great fires, so I will just order fries next time. They have limited selection of local beers, otherwise lots of differentdeinks to offer. I would like to see more local craft beers in the future!
It's also a bit pricey. One poutine plus one beer coated me $35 in total. This will make me think twice going again.
Great drink recommendations, great food, great atmosphere for game night 15/10
Loved the music, mostly songs we didn't hear for a long time from the 80s & 90s & the full vibe with live concert if you're into that. Great place where we can talk intimately with friends with some nice beer selections. It's easily a favorite Irish pub in Montreal.
I have been eating bison burgers & drinking Guinness at this bar for over 10 years. They have a great selection of both Irish beer & food. The live music & comedy shows are always a great experience. The only thing I recommend customers avoid are the chicken wings, it's not worth the free T-shirt.
This place is awesome! Pints are reasonably priced! + They've got live music!
Great Irish pub. Came on a random recommendation while looking for food, was expecting just fine, but was genuinely surprised by the quality. My partner had stew & I had a beef dip, & both were excellent. Nails the pub vibe without overdoing it, will be back.
You're here for great pub food, watching the hockey game or hang out at the bar. Do chat the fine servers up!
