Review Summary

McKibbins Irish Pub is widely celebrated as an iconic downtown destination, known for its vibrant atmosphere, authentic Irish charm, and consistently friendly service. Guests frequently highlight the extensive selection of beers and spirits, the enjoyment of live music, and the highly entertaining comedy nights as major draws for both locals and visitors. While experiences with the food menu are generally positive, with standout mentions for the bison burger, potato soup, and various wing options, the venue remains a top choice for watching sports, socializing with friends, or simply relaxing in a lively, historic setting.

drinks were good, service was sub par so we tipped 10%, & the waitress told us "just so you know, you're supposed to tip 15%." don't know why that was something necessary to say.

Historic old place situated a block away from Guy-Concordia metro station. The rustic look adds to the charm of this place.

Sometimes the music is a bit too loud but the live bands never disappoint.

Decent Irish bar. I stopped in to watch the rugby & sat at the bar. The service was great & they had my next pint ready to go when I needed it.
I will definitely be back.

La nourriture était bonne, la bière aussi !
Par contre le service était limité au minimum nécessaire pour avoir le tip. Dans l'ensemble : bien, mais pas top.
