Pub irlandais typique, belle ambiance MAIS la bouffe n'est pas terrible & aucune personne ne parle français dans le personnel, on est au Québec quand même. ;)

Pretty awesome spot! Recently started coming here a little more often. Great for sporting events, comedy shows, live music & more. Great patio in the back, definitely one of the nicer ones in the downtown area. A good amount of variety when it comes to food. I am definitely looking forward to saint paddy's here. Special shout-out to the manager Anna who's been there for a while & makes the place that much more welcoming!
McKibbins is what you can expect from an Irish bar with the additional of being a student hot-spot. I've always had pleasant experiences there & it'll be a go-to for me as long as I'm in the city!
I chatted with two young strangers at the bar here for so long that my girlfriend (who is very beautiful) got very mad at me. The young strangers & I talked about life, love, the city, the future, the past, even our hopes & dreams. They were ex lovers who maintained a very strong bond of friendship. I do not remember their names, but I wish them both beautiful & fulfilling lives. The Guinness was excellent!!
Qualité de la nourriture impécable. Par contre, avoir une serveuse qui ne parle pas en français à Montréal, en tant que Québécois, j'ai trouvé ça insultant.

Great atmosphere! I enjoyed my visit to this place. I had nachos & & a berry drink both were good.
The live music was amazing, made my experience even better.
Great place for a Friday night.
The waitress Bert nice.
McKibbins on Bishop is the original, &, in my opinion, the best location of this beloved Irish pub, & it's my go-to spot in Montréal for a good pint of Guinness. Housed in a beautiful turn-of the century mansion, it serves solid pub fare (don't miss the wings or the chips with curry sauce) in a lively, traditional setting. Swing by on Monday nights for the weekly comedy show upstairs(in English) & be sure to grab a seat toward the back unless you want to become part of the act! Come St. Patrick's Day, the entire place is packed from top to bottom, making it the city's marquee venue for the holiday.
Sláinte!
Been here several times, a regular spot for me. Nothing to note that other reviews have already done but I will note that there was an awesome dude woth a guitar there 2 or 3 weeks ago who sung johnny cash songs with a perfect ear & voice plus was accommodating enough to play an Irish song at the request of a customer which was pretty good form on his part.
Brightened my day that week after a long & tiring day of studying.
