Just recently discovered this little gem on Cote st Luc Rd. Food was so yummy, & the staff were respectful & attractive to my every need . Prices were not bad. Try it our . The Persian menu was varied. I ordered for a group of 4, & we had plenty to satisfy us all with some leftovers. I would rather support a genuinely amazing resto with staff & owners respecting me than a chain or a so-called shi shi spot on Monkland. Also it took between 25 to 30 mins to prepare because everything is done fresh .No food was sitting hours before i came .View more

This delightful take-out & eat-in Persian restaurant is a hidden gem in Cote St. Luc. I had the chicken breast Joojeh Kebab, it came with a salad pita & a huge portion of beautifully marinated chicken, cooked to perfection. My husband had the Golpa lamb. It came with a large portion of rice, salad, two large strips of delicious Kebab perfectly seasoned, tender, & very tasty. We ordered an olive pomegranate & walnut salad, which was to die for! There was also pita with fried or crispy rice. A feast for the eyes & stomachs. We were full & incredibly satisfied. The meals were very reasonable & the server/cashier was attentive. Mazzeh prepares fine Persian cuisine at fast food prices!View more

Authentic Persian Food Done Right!
This place truly exceeded my expectations. The food quality is excellent, & the flavors are perfectly balanced-nothing too oily or overly spiced, just delicious & authentic. Portion sizes are generous, & you really get great value for your money.

We went here as a family & wow the food was so delicious! I was left speechless! I have gone to a few other Persian restaurants around Montreal but none of them keep up with this please!! Food 5/5 Excellent !! I had an amazing experience with Mazzeh Catering. For a big Persian New Year celebration with 70 guests, we ordered Koubideh & chicken kebab from Mazzeh. The food was absolutely wonderful! The quality, freshness, & price were excellent, & they delivered right on time, just as promised. I highly recommend Mazzeh-enjoy their delicious food!View more

The food is simply outstanding! 5 of us wanted a small place to lunch so we could catch up & we found this gem of a place with just 1 table! It's a take out spot, but they seated us & it was great (some delivery people came in from time to time, but that didn't bother us). You HAVE to try the marinated olives (perfectly spiced) & the yogurt really compliments the stew with rice. The owner was very hospitable, gave us some special Iranian bread for free & dessert yogurt to try. All the dishes were perfectly spiced & finely crafted. If you're looking for some reasonably priced Persian gourmet cuisine, this is your spot! They don't serve alcohol, but you may be able to bring in your own. Highly recommended either way.View more

A hole in the whole Persian resto! Delicious kababs! I don't like chicken kababs but I gobbled theirs down. It was juicy, tender & flavorful! The staff working there are the sweetest & I don't even know them personally. I had their chicken koobideh, beef koobideh, soltani & mirza ghassemi. Everything was delicious Went all the way from downtown. Will go again.View more

Located in a cozy space with a big warm heart Mazzeh brings Persian hospitality to Montreal. With a wide variety of dishes for every palate including what we sampled. The chicken Joojelicious which more than lived up to its name including sangak the incomparable Persian bread. We also tried the lamb Golpa Koobideh also with sangak which we'd never seen in this format making it super easy to roll our own sandwiches. For drinks we were adventurous & had the popular Iranian drink Istak that went perfectly with our meal of Persian delicacies. Looking forward to staying warm & well fed at Mazzeh during the long Montreal winter. A small space that also offers catering & takeout as well as deliveries. Shout out to owner/host Masoud who shared his deep knowledge of Persian philosophy around food to feed the body & soul. While you're waiting you can check out the resident beautifully illuminated copy of writings of Omar Khayyam for some impromptu divination. With any luck the message you receive will tell you to return to Mazzeh asap.View more
