Drove from Toronto today & after a 6 hour or so ride was completely beat & wanted some good food. Stumbled upon Mazbi by chance & it turned out to be just the right way to start my trip to Montreal. Amazing authentic halal Yemeni food. We ordered the chicken mogalgal which was 5/5. We also ordered Fahsa 5/5 too. Chicken mazbi was 4/5. To end it we ordered chai adani which was a solid 4.5 too. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.Voir plus

First time tried Yemeni food in Montreal & had the best experience in terms of food & customer service.
We ordered chicken Mandi & Mazbi chicken both tasted so delicious & authentic.
It’s better to call & reserve a table. I just happened to call them & ask if they have chicken Mandi left, they only had 1 left they put it aside for me. That was nice of them.

a friend recommended this place & I was truly impressed!! it's my first time eating yemenite food I sure hope it won't be my last because it's a cuisine that feels so complex & full of new flavors,, portions are enormous, 3 plates are more than enough for 4 grown humans,, they really put an effort in the décoré of the space & the restroom is the cleanest I've seen in Montreal (my place included),, definitely give it a try, you won't regret it!
pd. get the 3 sambosas (cheese one was my favorite)
