Food is good! I don't suggest you go for lunch very restricted menu, better to go for supper on the weekend best menu. However try to make reservations in advance, the place is always packedVoir plus
I've been there a few times, & it's alright when there's no wait line. It's not really worth a long wait, unless you really want an all you can eat sushi place. They apparently aren't too busy on Wednesday after 7pm.
I mostly tried sushi, but also tried their fried calamari that was subpar. The tempura shrimps were fine.
Their chocolate ice cream is subpar, but vanilla & mango are fine.Voir plus

Lorsque qu'on est arrivé, la première chose que l'on se fait dire c'est de ne pas dépasser deux heures alors que c'est inscrit sur le bureau à l'entrée, on sait lire!. On commande, les serveurs viennent servir mais aussitôt le plat vide, le serveur le ramasse. Ensuite, lorsqu'on commande la crème glacée en dessert, le serveur vient nous demander si on va en prendre d'autres parce que si c'est non, il va aller faire la facture. L'impression que cela nous donne c'est mange puis décrisse! Dommage, mais ils vont perdre des clients & malheureusement ce n'est pas a cause de la nourriture mais le service qui nous fait sentir comme si on venait juste profiter du A VOLONTÉ.
THE SUSHI AT THIS PLACE IS GOOD BUT IS IT EXCEPTIONAL ? NOT REALLY, NO ONE SHOULD EAT AT ANY RESTO TO GET INTIMIDATED BY SERVERS WHO FORCE CUSTOMERS FOR TIPS & HOW MUCH THEY WANT. SUPER ANNOYING & QUITE EMBARRASING TO SEE 2 SERVERS CHASE AFTER CUSTOMERS FOR TIPS.
THE SERVICE WAS SUPER SLOW, SERVERS WERE IGNORING THE CALL, TABS ARE OLD & DOESNT WORK PROPERLY.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 👎
I have tried almost all all you can eat places & this is by far the BEST sushi of them all. It is even better than many if not most regular sushi places. The staff is also very friendly.

C'était le service le plus affreux que j'ai vécu.
Je suis en date avec mon chum un mercredi soir boire une bouteille de vin relaxau restaurent ild sont beaucoup de clients.
J'ai demandé pour une banquette puisqu'il en restante une de libre.
La serveuse me dit non c'est pas possible je la garde pour une future table de 4 personnes. Il y abait plein d'autre table de 4 disponible mais la betterave elle le voulais pour ça ta le.... on a eu un mauvais vibe on est sortir pi aller manger au bâton rouge a la place
One of the waiters at Matsuno, yelled at me in front of everyone that he did not receive enough tip from me & was extremely rude & pretentious throughout our entire meal. Would not recommend coming here for a nice meal, or any for that matter.
They give a bad customer service & always ask for 15% tip. There was hair in our ice cream, we told the waiter ( he's one of the supervisors) he took it & brought the same ice cream scoops in a different plate . Didnt bring everything we ordered. At the end they brought the bill with 15% tip included & if you refuse to give 15% the waiter looks at you with a look as if his service deserves 15% tip.
15% is for an average service but when your service is not what we expected you don't get 15% tip.
While the food was fine ..the service is not !
Clients are treated like children & told to be finished by a certain time for the next seatng.
Even with a reservation you must wait...
Better restaurant choices elsewhere.
Went with a group of eight & rushed out the door!
