I had a fantastic dining experience at Matsuno Sushi Fusion! The food was absolutely top-notch, with fresh ingredients, expertly crafted rolls, & an amazing presentation. Every bite was packed with flavor, & the variety of sushi options was impressive. 🍣🔥
The service was equally outstanding-friendly, attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. I never had to wait too long, & the recommendations were spot on.
The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, though a bit more attention to ambiance would elevate the experience even further.

The menu is diverse, with plenty of options to suit every taste-from classic maki rolls to creative fusion specialties. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive, & quick to deliver orders. I was impressed with how accurate & prompt they were, even during a busy dinner rush. The atmosphere was inviting & added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Everything I tried was delicious, beautifully presented & packed with flavor. The price is reasonable for the quality & variety you get, making it a fantastic value. I highly recommend Matsuno Sushi Fusion for anyone looking for a top-notch all-you-can-eat sushi experience. This is absolutely one of, if not the best, all you can eat sushi places in Montreal. Always consistent, always fresh & always fast & efficient service. From the sushi rolls to the fusion items, the beef ramen soup, the selection of tempura & more. Everything is worth a try. I cannot say enough positive things about Matsuno. Highly recommend!
Love the food always fresh sushi & any seafood & the service is awesome & so fast I find just the place over crowded the set up is not working for them, they could use a makeover.

When it comes to all-you-can-eat sushi, nothing beats Matsuno. For the price, the quality & variety are unmatched. I've tried other places like Taketa, but Matsuno is my favorite by far. The service here is outstanding-always very quick. What sets Matsuno apart for me are the choices & the flavors. The menu feels more diverse, & the dishes are consistently fresh & delicious, with flavors that really stand out. I've been coming here for years whenever I crave sushi, & I've never been disappointed. If you're looking for a reliable & satisfying sushi spot, Matsuno is the place to go!
Went there twice & loved it both times! There are so many sushi options & it's fresh. I want to highlight Michelle, her service made the dining experience even better. She was very kind, witty & fun to interact with. She definitely deserves a raise. I'll be coming back for sure & I recommend. P.S. My girlfriend probably finished the ice cream stock (it was delicious).

I've been to Matsuno several times & it never disappoints. Service is super fast, & the food is very fresh & delicious. Especially the avocado hosomaki, which is super creamy, I can eat 15 of them, that's how good it is. Lots of variety to choose from & you order using the tablet they provide & I like how there are pictures to see what the food will look like. It can be a bit tough to get a table during the evenings, so it's better to make a reservation or better yet, get there 10-15 mins before they open & wait in line. There is even dessert you can order, such as ice cream flavors like green tea, mango & chocolate. Even if you're not a fan of sushi, they do offer a large variety of non-sushi dishes. Wish I took more photos, but the food was simply too delicious that I forgot to.
Great all you can eat a la carte restaurant. You can have sushi, Chinese food or Thai food. Great selection & food is always fresh. Service is quick & efficient. Hands down my favorite all you can eat Asian food restaurant in Montreal. Parking can be challenging during peak hours. Make a reservation to avoid too much of a wait.
Sushi wasn't the greatest. It was overbearing with sauces & did not taste fresh. The regular makis that had no sauce didn't taste fresh or great. The sashimi was fresh though only thing that saved this experience. They also didn't have any steamed shrimp dumplings on the menu like most other places do. Overall the service was fast & efficient but the items on the menu that looked nice didn't taste great. Will not be returning back in the future.

An amazing place to taste an all you can eat sushi, a lot of tasteful items, always fresh, rather quick service, depends if they are really busy or just normal busy. You need a reservation, if you don't have one they can take you in but you may wait outside until thwy have place inside. We went there more than 10 times since our friends brought us there. A must try
THIS IS THE BESTTTT all you can eat sushi i've ever been to. the quality of the fish is so amazing & delicious it just tastes so fresh. service is great the food gets served quite fast. on multiple occasions i have travelled over an hour to get there worth it everytime. the edamame is so good ive had 6 bowls in one go. They are just so good all the rolls are spectacular. Only thing i would change is adding more rolls not enough rolls w raw salmon. i wish they had more interesting rolls. it would make them even more outstanding. my only suggestion to anyone that goes is to not order to much salmon sashimi's at once because the more u order in bulk they start cutting the pieces to fast & it's brings the quality down & it's not as amazing but besides that LOVE IT. make sure to reserve a couple days in advance or else you'll be stuck waiting in line for an hour even if you come at opening time good luck i'll wait min 45 min of u go on a weekend day or friday. Love the ice cream there super good.
