On our endless search for the finest matcha, we took a delightful chance on a mysterious, intimate tea room. They quickly exceeded our expectations, showcasing an impressive selection of organic matcha & a variety of enchanting Japanese & Taiwanese teas.
What makes this tea room unique is its dedication to matcha drinks-not the traditional lattes you often come across, but rather thoughtfully crafted beverages that celebrate the rich flavors & qualities of matcha in their purest forms. We were particularly taken with the presentation; our drinks were served in sleek glass bottles to go.
We decided to try the Ironmatcha, infused with the warming essence of cardamom, which created a bold yet comforting flavor profile. The Jasminematcha was equally captivating, as fragrant as it was delicious, highlighting the delicate notes of jasmine.
We were pleasantly surprised by the pumpkin seed milk, which was just incredible. Its earthy, nutty flavor paired harmoniously with our matcha selections.
Additionally, the tea room featured a charming boutique with an array of tea-related items, from exquisite tea sets to premium matcha tools, allowing visitors to take a piece of their experience home.
Interestingly, this place doesn't seem to engage with social media, as we discovered a humorous sign stating'no TikToks' inside! It only added to the authenticity & allure. It's clear that the focus here is on creating a genuine & intimate experience rather than cheap marketing.

The owner (I'm just guessing) is super nice. He seems not to be super friendly in a way of hyperactive, just a calm, non-chatter person. When we told him that it's our first time, he explained to us with a very nice attitude. Even after that, we had 3 servings for the ceremonial matcha, & he had some takeout that needs guidance to the menu also after we ordered, which can be quite time-consuming, he was still very soft spoken. He asked some follow up questions to update with us if everything was ok, some small talks but didn't invade our space at all. Overall, it was a great chill time-spending spot. Love the tasting menu. It's best to come when you're thirsty because it'll fill your stomach up. Relaxing space, spend your time to chill while waiting for him to make the ceremonial matcha is the best. The dates with the avocado mix is absolutely a wonderful combo with the bitter drinks. We had to buy a box of dates to eat at home with his mixture of the avocado thingy because we were so addicted to it. Definitely coming back to try the rest & buy some more dates with that avocado mix (still don't know what to call it. House sauce?)View more

Matcha was amazing- we tried the tasting menu, the regular matcha latte, & the avocatcha. The avocatcha is my personal favorite- creamy, nutty, & has a sweet/floral flavor to it. I appreciate the attention to detail- the drinks are served in stainless steel cups & glassware which retain the cool temperature. The store is also spotless- the owner is constantly cleaning & is attentive. We will continue coming here.View more

Very nice matcha shop for matcha connoisseurs. I'm not big on matcha so it was nice to try a couple of drinks (cold only). Very fun experience. The atmosphere is very nice, you need to take off your shoes & wear the slides they provide. It's like the full japanese experience. There's a not laptop sign as you come in so it's more a place to relax & socialize. I just don't like the "@" in the name because it always confuses google maps lol.View more

Came the first time but the store was still close but luckily I made it the next day. Such a great experience to try different type of matcha. My friend & I popped in a super hot day looking for a refreshing drink. We ordered the cold iron matcha "latte" to go & were pleasantly surprised by the format & unique taste, earthy & subtly sweet thanks to the homemade nut milk. Super unique place! The owner offered me to try various teas & drinks he made, & all of them are very delicious & quite unique. I like that all of his drinks are very centralized on the flavor & taste of the tea. If you're someone trying to avoid artificial sweetners & sugar, I strongly suggest this place as I noticed most of the drinks are sweetened with fruits. I also got the Smootcha to-go & am amazed by the deep earthy taste of matcha but none of the bitterness. As a side note, it seems the owner isn't a fan of unprompted photos of himself nor screen usage in his store, so please try to be respectful & minimize usage of it.View more

Definitely check this spot out!! Honestly one of the best tea shops I've ever come across with the nicest & funniest owner! He had a unique selection of brews from cool & refreshing to warm & hearty. You have to go & experience all the flavours yourself! He's always brewing something new, so it's very interesting to see what he creates. He also sells matcha powder, matcha whisks, & other tea accessories for reasonable prices.
Lastly, not only are the drinks amazing, the space is warm & welcoming too! The walls are decorated with his beautiful landscape pantings & the shelves are filled with art books & plants. He also had games available such as checkers & connect four. We had a blast every time we went!View more
