Very friendly & efficient ladies working the counter! The sandwiches were fresh & delicious, the bread had a crispy exterior yet soft interior that paired well with the crunchy veggies & soft meat. Also reasonably priced at $6.95 each. They have a great variety of tasty che (ba mau, sam bo luong, suong sa hot luu & another kind I believe) & layered pandan jelly (there's no specific labels so it's a little hard to identify the products sometimes) + their iced coffee is strong enough to wake you up (& not too sweet). This is one of the best bun bo hue in town! This location has a food area that also service viet subs & the soup & the other half is a small asian grocery store. They are fast & food was very tasty. Whenever I visit Montreal, this place is a must go for us. The bread is fresh, slightly crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside. Ingredients are all very fresh. The ladies take good care assembling each sandwich & evenly distributing the ingredients. Taste is unique, & is moreish. I don't know exactly what it is, probably their sauce or pate but it is so darn good! I haven't found a better place in Toronto than this.
