I want to say, I went & bought two large chicken loose meat plates & came home & had pork meat. I was very disappointed. I called in & spoke to Alexia who was very understanding & offered to compensated me by Giving me a whole new order ( the right order) for FREE! I was super impressed. They never do that elsewhere. I ate there on Nov 6. Food & atmosphere were acceptable but the service was poor. I asked for the bill at the end & after a 15 minute wait at the table, I decided to leave & pay at the exit. My greeter was Kat; when I checked out, the server was busy chatting with her two colleagues - with disregard to other people's time. I was in a rush & couldn't find the $0 tip button, so I left an undeserved tip. Table 21, Client 1 Time in: 20:05:61 out:21:14:01 I encourage the management to have a chat with the server.
