Review Summary

Manti is widely regarded as an exceptional dining destination, consistently praised for its high-quality, authentic Lebanese and Armenian cuisine. Many guests highlight the vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation of dishes like the fattoush salad, beef manti, hummus, and kanafeh. While the vast majority of diners describe the atmosphere as elegant, cozy, and welcoming, and the service as professional and attentive, a small number of reviews mention concerns regarding portion sizes relative to price, occasional service delays, or noise levels during busy periods. Despite these isolated points of feedback, the overwhelming consensus reflects a memorable, top-tier culinary experience that keeps customers returning for both brunch and dinner.

It is very rare that a restaurant has this kind of effect on me.

For context - I'm from Toronto, I split my time between Toronto & Montreal, & I'm Lebanese/Armenian. My family has been cooking everything from scratch for generations. Because of that, I'm extremely hard to impress when it comes to Lebanese or Armenian food. I almost never prefer restaurant versions over home cooking.

This place? Absolutely phenomenal.

First, the environment. Clean, minimalist, not pretentious, but thoughtfully designed. It's not'high-end' in a flashy way - it's just done right. The service was exceptional. The two servers were attentive without being overbearing. They picked up on details. That level of care genuinely surprised me.

Now the food.

The fattoush was one of the best I've ever had outside of home. Crisp lettuce, super fresh vegetables, perfectly fried pita, & beautiful contrast with pomegranate. I was honestly shocked at how much I loved it.

We ordered kibbeh nayeh (raw kibbeh), which I usually never order outside because we make it fresh at home. It wasn't my mother's - but it was really, really good. That says a lot.

The hummus with kawarma (stewed meat on top) was phenomenal. Paired with the fattoush, it was unreal. I don't think I've ever fallen in love with hummus & meat like that before.

Batata harra - fried spiced potatoes with toum - amazing. My only note is I wish it had a little more heat, but the flavour was excellent.

The manti (beef dumplings with garlic yogurt, dried mint, sumac, & pepper) were some of the best I've had - & I've had them at very traditional spots. Exceptional.

My only wish is for the pita bread to be served warm.

& dessert.

Kanafeh pain perdu. Perfect portion. Crispy, sweet, balanced. The cheese was absolute perfection. 10 out of 10. Truly.

I haven't asked to speak to an owner to compliment them in over 10 years. I did here. The owner looked young - & he should be incredibly proud. With rising costs & declining quality in so many restaurants lately, this place delivered on everything: service, cleanliness, creativity, flavour, execution.

This was an exceptional meal. Truly a 11/10 experience.

The photos & videos honestly don't do it justice. I'll be back - & next time, I'm bringing more people.

Cozy & classy restaurant, kind staff, & the food is unreal. The manti was good a few years ago, & as an Armenian I can still comfortably say it's now amazing.
Highly recommend!

Amazing experience at this Armenian restaurant! I tried the manti, & it was absolutely delicious - perfectly baked, full of flavor, & served with a rich sauce that complemented it so well. You can really taste the authenticity & care put into the food.
The portions were generous, the service was friendly, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. If you're looking to try real Armenian cuisine, this place is a must. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes!

We had high hopes visiting from out of town. But with our previous Armenian food experiences, this one unfortunately didn't fare well. Everyone was nice, nothing against staff. But service was very slow, & we had to get up several times to find a server. food was ok, but the worst was those dumplings, they were tiny, almost burnt, super duper dry. nothing to them at all, & the rest of the food was nothing great. Mains were tiny, The lamb was the highlight, cooked just right though. Highlight was the baklava ice cream dessert with cotton candy. it was unreal. that brought up this score for sure! for the price, not worth it nope.

We had a wonderful brunch experience at Manti Restaurant, warmly served by Mr Presa & Miss Hana. The ambiance was welcoming & cozy perfect for a weekend meal.

We tried the Soujouk & Oeufs, featuring fried eggs with spiced Armenian soujouk sausage & tomatoes rich, flavorful, & satisfying. The Fatteh Kawarma was a standout: a comforting mix of chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, crispy pita, & tender braised beef, topped with pine nuts & herbs. Every bite felt hearty.

As a side, the Batata Harra crispy seasoned potatoes with a touch of spice, sesame, & soft cheese was absolutely delicious.

To round out the experience, we tried both the Armenian coffee & Armenian tea. The coffee was bold & aromatic, while the tea was strong & fragrant, with a distinctive clove-forward flavor that lingered pleasantly.

Delicious food, great service, & authentic touches highly recommend this spot for a flavorful & fulfilling brunch!

Reservations recommended.

It was our first time trying Armenian brunch, & let me tell you, we were blown away! The service was top-notch, they were super helpful & attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! The portions were just right, not too heavy, not too light, perfect for a satisfying brunch. But the star of the show was the Knafa French Toast! I mean, I could have sworn I could eat it forever! It was just so good!
We had such a great time, we definitely recommend it! We're definitely going back for more.
