Delicious, not too pricey & great service. Daniel took care of us & did an amazing job. Will be back.View more
We stumbled upon this gem by accident & it was the best experience. Michelle was our server & she was warm, welcoming & friendly. The food was incredible. We had 2 sandwiches & Cesar salad. The salad was the best I've ever had. We had the chocolate cake for dessert & it was incredible. Not too sweet & simply delicious. We sat at the bar so got to watch everyone at work & it was fascinating. Adam is one of the chefs & he (& Michelle) gave us some awesome recommendations of places to check out while we are visiting. It was a fantastic experience & we will be back every time we visit Montreal. If ur thinking about trying this place…do yourself a favour & do it!View more
Came here for a late dinner & everything was on point, from the food, to the attentive & friendly service to the atmosphere.
We had the pesto pasta, squash entree & their special appetizer, ending with their tiramisu which is all perfect for sharing.
It also felt nice to be able to have a good conversation over good food without feeling rushed, even towards closing.
The place is smaller in size so be sure to make a reservation, but definitely worth it!View more
Good food, service meh… What kind of waitress rolls her eyes while talking to the clients? 😂View more
We juste walkin a Friday evening at 7PM with our 7 months old & the staff made sure to find us a place in 7 mins, accommodate us as good as they could & made sure to feel at ease & that we were not to much with the baby. The food is excellent. It was my 3rd time in a week that I go to Mano Cornuto. A gem !View more
Nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The crudo & pasta are excellent. My go-to spot for a well-priced meal.View more
Overrated for the portions & prices, added to that, the place smells because of the open kitchen concept & poor ventilation. Would not return nor recommend it.View more
Great vibes, service was so speedy! The prosciutto schiacciate was fluffy yet crunchy, a flavorful contradictionView more
Why are there dogs in restaurants or sandwich counters nowadays?View more
The entrance service was excellent; we were warmly welcomed, which was the best part of the experience. The waitress was kind, but things took a turn when she insisted that we order food if we wanted to stay. The plate we ordered was a disappointment-it consisted of no more than three pieces of prosciutto, four slices of pepperoni, & four olives drenched in oil & pepper. While the mozzarella was admittedly good, the dish was grossly overpriced for what it offered. The cocktails were well-made, & the service remained polite, but it became clear that the staff was under pressure to push us to order food. The justification given, "we are not a bar but a restaurant-bar," felt misplaced, especially since we were seated at the counter, directly in front of an oven & a staff member washing dishes. This left us with a very disappointing experience. The initial cocktail set high expectations, & we might have given 5 stars had the rest of the visit lived up to that start. Unfortunately, it didn't.View more
J'adore ce petit restaurant italien. Le menu est restreint, mais c'est justement ce qui fait la force du restaurant. Tout est toujours excellent, les prix sont abordables, & l'ambiance est vraiment cool.View more
The burrata with pistachio was really good! I got the pesto pasta, enjoyed the perfect al dente texture, but found it too salty to my liking. The portion seemed small at first but I ended up feeling full, the pasta was surprisingly heavy. The vibes of the restaurant are nice, but expect lots of smells/smoke from the open kitchen. I enjoyed my dinner but would mention that the restaurant feels overhyped to me.View more
Food was decent, special mention to the delicious Caesar salad. However, service was poor & the waitress was quite discourteous & nonchalant. Would still return for their salad & pistachio cake.View more
View more
The service is impeccable & the food is incredible. It's always a regular stop for me when I'm in MontrealView more
Food is amazing but something about the service is very disappointing every time. Being seated at a cramped bar with no room to move my arms & use utensils (I mentioned it & nothing was done), no waiter checking in or filling water the entire time, next course coming without previous plates being cleared, at some point the restaurant was filled with smoke & no one opened the doors to clear it quickly. It's also very loud every time I go, not sure if that's part of the atmosphere or if I've been unlucky. I don't understand why each time I have to leave feeling like the guest I brought with me feels disappointed.View more
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mano Cornuto, & it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance & inviting decor set the perfect tone for our evening. We started with the Caesar salad, which was crisp & flavorful, perfectly dressed without being overwhelming. The burrata was a standout - creamy & rich, it paired beautifully with the fresh accompaniments. The roasted squash (zucca arrosto) was a delightful surprise, showcasing a wonderful balance of sweetness & savoriness that left us wanting more. For our main course, we indulged in the mafaldine al pesto, which was simply divine. The pasta was cooked to perfection, & the pesto was vibrant & fragrant, making it one of the best pasta dishes we've had in a long time. We also tried the carpaccio de manzo, which was beautifully presented & melt-in-your-mouth tender. We were so full by the end of our meal that we didn't have room for dessert, but that just gives us another reason to come back! Overall, Mano Cornuto exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Montreal!View more
