What an amazing italian restaurant! Everything from the quality of the ingredients, the cozy ambiance, to the wonderful service is perfect.
The salad & its dressing was super tasty, deifnitely a very nice twist of the average caesar salad. Also the quantity & quality was just ideal. & the focaccia bread? Very nice.
I had a great time sitting at the bar, & watching them prepare different pastries while waiting for my dish.View more
I guess it says something if I'm still giving Mano 5 stars despite a small drop in quality & value. Maybe no restaurant will ever be as good as when it first opened? With that said, it's hard to find anything to complain about here. Service may have gotten a touch slower & isn't as friendly & familiar as it was when the owners were hanging out, but it's still pretty good. Just one thing: please don't accidentally serve slightly dried out focaccia & have me ask for a fresher one? At $5 for 3 small pieces I shouldn't have to!View more
View more
First time at Mano Cornuto. Had a great beef carpaccio for appi with focaccia, followed by pesto pasta for me & mushroom pasta for my wife. We sat at the bar & enjoyed watching the staff work & chefs prepare meals. Would strongly recommend.View more
Stopped in for a quick lunch & lucked out as we didn't make a reso. Definitely recommend making one! Great vibes & fantastic service. While we waited for our table, we watched the well oiled kitchen do their thing. Our mouths watered in anticipation. Their menu is simple & short. You know it's going to be good! Order the Caesar salad. You'll be sorry if you don't! So good! We also shared the burrata that came with the most delicious focaccia bread. We shared 2 pastas to taste - tonnarelli pesto & fiorentini alla bolognese. Both super tasty & perfectly cooked.View more
Delicious Italian food! The burrata & focaccia was my favorite😝View more
I'd heard from a friend that he has a friend who is Italian & family hails from there. Mano Cornuto is the only place that they will take their family. & there's a reason why. Because it's just so damn good. I studied in Italy for a brief period, & learned that you don't have to spend a lot of money to eat really well. I worked in Italy for a longer period, & learned that a lot of money got you some pretty exceptional food. Mano Cornuto drives right up the middle. It's pretty exceptional food for not a lot of money. It's a pretty casual place, big line ups, & everything is excellent. Some of the best focaccia sandwiches I've ever had. Interesting specials on pastas with the regulars always good. Good drinks, nice patio in warmer weather. Best thing ever is that it's an eight minute walk from where I live. Frankly, I think, deep down inside, it was one of the deciding factors in locating our place. Oh, & the tiramisu (pull my heart in English) absolutely yanks on your heart.View more
On y retourne encore & encore !View more
Dommage. Les verres de cocktails étaient bons.View more
Focaccia is really light & airy. Had the Classico sandwich which is an amazing combination of savoury & sweet.View more
Starter was very good (focaccia with burrata & tomatoes) but mains were not great. It was a bit expensive for what you got & annoyingly, there were a lot of flies in the restaurant.View more
Absolutely insane food. Everything was so good, service was fast, & I loved the open kitchen concept by the bar so you can watch the chefs cook! The menu is just right-not too many options so as to be overwhelmed, but every dish had its own spin, be it a unique pasta shape or an unexpected flavor profile. We had the burrata with focaccia (10/10), the bolognese, & one of the pesto pasta dishes. The dessert menu was excellent as well, which is not always the case for dinner establishments-we thoroughly enjoyed the pistachio coffee cake & tiramisu with a bit of an orange zest kick. Servers were prompt & friendly.View more

The burrata with focaccia is to DIE for, so creamy & the perfect pairing!View more
Mano Cornuto in Montreal is a must-visit! The food is top-notch, especially the bolognese & piatto antipasto with focaccia-so good! The vibe is fantastic, making it a great spot to hang out. Be sure to book in advance!View more
Deliciously fresh Italian food, the burrata was particularly great with the soft focaccia. Friendly service, lively space, will be back!View more
View more
Great food! I found the focaccia to be on the colder side/hard to bite into (unlike what most reviews say!!). Pasta was delicous ! Service could be improved. Felt very rushed/cold. Would definitely give it a second try though!View more
Mano Cornuto was recommended by a friend of mine, & I'm so thankful that he showed it to me! The place is actually quite unassuming, & I've passed by it multiple times. Who knew I walked past such a great place? The food was absolutely delicious. We "licked our plates clean" with their in-house focaccia & took even the smallest bites home in order to savor the moment just a little bit longer. The staff were friendly & took care of us despite it being close to closing time. The atmosphere was like an elevated outdoor bar. I'm sure this place is very popular in the summer. We unfortunately missed out on their fresh tuna dish this time, but I'm looking forward to coming back in the near future.View more
It's safer to make a reservation before you go. We went for lunch & was seated right away. It wasn't busy at 11:30am which we really liked. We were sat at the bar coz we were two people. We ordered their famous pistachio burrata & it was fantastic!! Burrata was so moist & soft but a bit chewy as well👍🏼 the artichoke pistachio pesto was amazing too. Focaccia that came with the burrata was really good too. Next, the classico sandwich was delicious too with sweet honey & some cream that was soo goood. Nothing bad about it! It was a great choice. However the basil pesto pasta was a bit of disappointment. My husband liked it but it was too salty or should i say i felt like drinking pickle juice. My tongue felt like covered in vinegar & salt. But it was the lemon in the pesto. I couldnt continue eating more than 3 forks. Last, we got their tiramisu & the lemon jest on top added an excellent taste to the dessert. Loved it! (We were just tooooo full to fully enjoy the tiramisu tho. *sad*) Overall, their oj, macchiato, food, everything was great! Will be back again🩷View more
Excellent Italian food! Everything was delicious! We ordered the pasta bolognese, pasta puttanesca, braised lamb steak, focaccia, & ceasar salad. The dish to definitely try is there bass fish. The restaurant has a good ambience & the server was really kind & explained the menu to us. I recommend reserving in advance because the restaurant gets full quickly. This was one of the best dinner we had in Montreal.View more
View more
Went for lunch, had the prosciutto schiacciate. The focaccia was very good, had good texture & was fresh. Their aubergine paste added great flavour. It was overall a well constructed sandwich. It reminds me of sandwich I ate in Milano at All'Antico Vinaio. Service was quick my girl at the counter banged out the cafe latte in a minute or so & it was tasty. Next time I will come back & try the sit down restaurant part of the establishment.View more
Absolute gem. Have eaten here a few times, but celebrated my brother’s birthday here with family on a Monday night. Great atmosphere. Ordered the focaccia, branzino crudo, pesto bucatini, swordfish, the daily pasta special & pistachio cake. Could not find a fault in any of the dishes, everything we ordered was delicious. Service was impeccable - best in Montreal. Shout out to Michelle & the man that had a clean napkin in my hand before I could reach down & pick up the one that fell off my lap. Will definitely be back.View more
