underwhelming salad at a premium price. ordered the crunchy sesame & made the mistake of paying 6$ extra for tofu. there was barely a tablespoon of tofu in the entire bowl, crumbled up into minuscule hard-to-scoop pieces. definitely not worth the extra cost, & highly disappointing for customers wanting to add protein to this nutritionally sparse salad. the sweet sesame dressing is overwhelmingly sweet & borderline unpalatable. seating options are limited & the dining room feels claustrophobic; an employee wanting to help keep tables clean kept pacing around our tiny table which ended up being more bothersome than helpful-more a reflection of the confined layout than her good intentions. wouldn't come back, nor recommend.

Two early deliveries, cold salads, & zero accountability.

I scheduled my orders for a specific time & twice they arrived early. When I called, they were unhelpful & blamed Uber instead of trying to solve the problem. No ownership, no solution.

For the price, you would expect fresh & tasty. Instead the salads were cold, mediocre, & overpriced. If a place cannot handle basic timed delivery, it says a lot about their service standards.

Not ordering from here again. Plenty of better options out there.

We have a location in Toronto, but the first time I tried Mandy's is at this location in Montreal. I never thought I'd go to a salad bar or restaurant because I figured, what's the big deal with salad? However, my sister really likes salad so I took her here because well Mandy's is known for salad.

I was actually impressed! I got a steak salad & the greens were really fresh & there was a lot of salad in my bowl. The quantity is a lot & I wasn't sure if I could even finish it. Yes, I was almost not able to finish a bowl of salad. They are very generous with the portion for the price you pay & the dressing is actually quite good. I felt like a rabbit the whole time & my sister really enjoyed her salad.

The customer service is also very kind as well which I appreciated. They offered to make my sister another salad because of a potential allergy but it wasn't needed.

If you're looking for a healthy lunch & to get your veggies in, Mandy's salads is the spot! I would definitely probably go again!

I paid $29 & got only a few vegetables & 5 pieces of beef, the quantity does not match the price. 😠
The first picture is me putting the salad in the microwave after 30 seconds.
But the avocado sauce is good.

I've been going to Mandy's for quite a few years now & it's wonderful when you go in person. But DO NOT do takeout/uber eats. The portions are tiny & not worth it for the price you pay altogether.

Portions are good, prices are a bit too expensive, but it is a nice spot to eat at.

I have always been a huge Mandy's fan. I love most of their salads & I often come to this location. Unfortunately, whenever I pay for extra mock chicken or avocado, I can rarely tell the difference between a salad with no extra (except for the price!) & the one with extra mock chicken & avocado. It still delicious but quite disappointing. When you pay 25-30$ for a salad, you expect more. but let's be honest, besides that l love them.

This is one of the smaller Mandy’s locations next to the Alexis Nihan Mall downtown. While the locations on Crescent & in Old Montreal are objectively more beautiful, the staff are always very nice & helpful.

It does seem as though the menu recently changed to highlight the build your own salad option. I used to appreciate the veggie menu but the vegan options are still clearly labelled.

All of the salads I have had have never disappointed & I often find my self craving a teriyaki salad. The portions are massive & I am always full with extras left over for later. The biggest downside is the constantly climbing price. I think the cheapest salad option is around $15 plus tax & most run for over $20 now. Then in addition to paying for every modification made to the salad or with the build your own salad option, the end product can really cost an arm & a leg. I mean today I was waking by & stopped to grab a salad & the price for two & lemonades ran more than what I pay for a meal at a nice restaurant minus the alcohol (approx $75).

I understand that inflation has taken a hit to everyone & that Mandy’s has managed to maintain the flavour despite the changes, however it has always been a pricy place & the further price hikes are getting a little out of hand.

Suggestion: what if Mandy’s starts offering half sizes or reduces the portion size. I never see anyone finish the salads anyway & I would rather pay $12 for a half salad than $20+ for something I can’t finish.
