My girlfriend had her heart set on some shoe shopping & a visit to a'salad place' in downtown Montreal. I went along for the ride, not expecting much-after all, I had poutine on the brain, not greens. But after a chilly afternoon running around the city with her, even I had to admit I was starting to get hungry.
We ended up at Mandy's, & while I didn't think I'd find anything that fit my very carnivorous preferences, a mushroom soup on the menu caught my eye. When I found out I could add chicken, that sealed the deal. I also grabbed a natural soda that, to my surprise, wasn't packed with corn syrup like most of what we get back home in the States.
The soup was absolutely delicious-rich, hearty, & warming in a way I wasn't expecting from a place known for salads. My girlfriend's salad, on the other hand, was massive-fresh, loaded with toppings, & so big she had to take half of it back to the hotel.
The staff were super friendly, & while the interior was fairly standard, we had no trouble finding a seat & enjoying our meal.
In the end, it was a culinary win I didn't see coming. I'd definitely go back-with or without my girlfriend dragging me in.View more

I really like their Wolfe salad, & I get it basically every time I order or go, so I can't speak for the other salads. But I find the Wolfe very satisfying & have ordered it many times, always very happy that I did. They are consistently good & fresh.View more

Ok let's just take this off the table to start. It is a little pricey. I get it, so it doesn't need to be an everyday occurrence but make sure it's on your list of treats! Aside from their beautiful decor at all their locations their food is fresh & delicious & creative. Their salad dressings are amazing (I love purchasing the turmeric & the maple one!) Staff are wonderful food is wonderful! Treat yourself!!View more

Finally made it to the Montreal landmark & I wasn't disappointed! I had the Lumberjack salad & it was amazing! The Salad was plentiful & filling. The price was, as expected & the ingredients were fresh & flavourful. Definitely worth the wait.View more

the restaurant is super cute & i love the aesthetic & decor, but most importantly - the food is amazing! the tofu teriyaki bowl was amazing, i really liked the cashews & the quinoa was super good :)
i had some food leftover & it was still really fresh the next day, so the it's great if i'm ever too busy to prepare lunch in the morning for school haha
