First time disappointed in malak, i got a taouk sandwich & a chicken salad, the bread was not fresh, the tawouk felt reheated & dry, & the salad came weirdly without a sauce

We've been loyal customers of Malak Taouk for a long time, & we used to love coming here. The Lebanese burger was one of our favorites.

Unfortunately, over time, we've noticed a significant decline in quality. The portions have become much smaller, the type of bread has changed, & it's just not the same anymore. Even the coleslaw that comes with the taouk plate is often dry & lacks freshness.

It's disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite Lebanese restaurants in Montreal. We sincerely hope you'll bring back the quality & generous portions you were known for. We'd love to keep supporting a great Lebanese restaurant, but we miss the Malak Taouk we used to know.

visited this restaurant yesterday, & unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

First, I left a $5 tip, but no one brought my order to the outdoor patio. I had to go back inside & carry the food outside myself.

Second, I ordered two chicken shawarma sandwiches, but they were mostly filled with fries. Each sandwich had only two small pieces of chicken, & the overall size was quite small. The portion did not justify the price at all.

I paid about $37 for two sandwiches, which I found to be very poor value for the quality & quantity of food I received.

The only positive thing I can say is that the restaurant was clean. However, the service & the food did not match the price, & unfortunately, I would not return.

I met with the owner of this beautiful, fine restaurant. Very welcoming. Lebanese authentic food. Very welcoming experience. We suggested for everybody looking for a fast food yet authentic Lebanese food.

Service catastrophique. Plus de 1 h 45 d'attente pour recevoir une commande froide. C'est totalement inacceptable. Aucun respect pour les clients, aucune communication & aucune excuse. Payer pour attendre presque deux heures & recevoir un repas froid est tout simplement honteux. Vous avez complètement gâché mon repas. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez vous & je déconseille fortement votre service à toute personne qui s'attend à un minimum de professionnalisme.
