Le cadre est agréable, avec une belle déco, & le service attentionné. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les huîtres, très fraîches, ainsi que les cocktails, vraiment bons, bien dosés & créatifs. En revanche, j'ai trouvé que certains plats manquaient un peu de relief au niveau des saveurs. Le ceviche & les udon étaient, à mon goût, sous-assaisonnés, surtout en sel, ce qui atténuait l'intensité attendue pour ce type de cuisine fusion. Rien de catastrophique, mais un petit ajustement rehausserait clairement l'expérience. Côté présentation, c'est un sans faute : les plats sont superbes. Globalement, une belle adresse pour les amateurs de bonne ambiance, mais je reste un peu sur ma faim côté plats principaux.View more
