Used to looooooove this pastry shop. went today & honestly not even disapointed just sad. Staff is great welcoming thas not the issue at all but the quality of the goods is not the same at all. The croissant used to be delicious & i would honestly go out of my way to get them but now..... they just okay. not bad at all but they're not what they used to be. Too much butter / butter quality/proofing? or maybe lamination issue? Even the pain aux raisin .... u dont get the flakiness of the feuilletée anymore... they are just big, flat, overly sweet...... Overall just really underwhelming.
Dimanche matin, j'achète des viennoiseries. Une fois à la maison, je remarque qu'elles ne sont pas fraîches. Je retourne à la boulangerie le lendemain pour en parler : la vendeuse m'explique que les viennoiseries du week-end sont celles faites en semaine.
Pourquoi ne pas le dire au moment de l'achat ? & pourquoi les vendre au même prix que du frais ? C'est une pratique que je ne cautionne pas. Dommage, j'aimais bien l'endroit, mais je n'y retournerai plus.

Wonderful & welcoming staff. I wasn't sure which pastries to buy so they asked a few questions & gave several options…the pastries were delicious. I also bought a meat pie that was fantastic. I'll be back.
Cela fait plusieurs fois que je commande le gâteau forêt noir de votre pâtisserie, un gâteau que j'adore & c'est la seule forêt noire que j'arrive à ma manger. Mais je ne sais pas pourquoi aujourd'hui , c'est la première fois que je n'ai pas eu le même goût que les fois précédentes … il était bon mais, mais j'ai trouvé le gâteau était sec & il n'était pas aussi moelleux que les fois précédentes, & cela m'a très surprise car je n'ai jamais été déçu de vos produits. Mais vous restez tout de même ma pâtisserie préférée.

Great store, & better staff! They helped me not ask for a hotdogs in french instead taught me hot chocolate:) made for a great laugh & hopefully their day! Highly recommend!

Les pâtisseries sont délicieuses, toujours fraîches & faites avec soin. pour leurs sandwichs, généreux & savoureux, parfaits pour une pause déjeuner réussie. Un vrai régal à chaque visite ! Merci à toute l'équipe pour la qualité & l'accueil chaleureux.
J'ai commandé un gâteau au fromage & c'était très bon jusqu'à ce je mange le contour, il y avait de la noix de coco . Ce n'était pas écrit dans la description
Avons testé deux nouvelles bûches, à Noël. Encore une fois, un régal pour les yeux & le ventre. Rolland fait partie de nos traditions familiales depuis bientôt 30 ans. Le Saint-Honoré est un must annuel. Constance de la qualité, originalité. Un beau commerce à encourager. Merci à cette belle équipe.
