J'ai commandé un gâteau Redvelvet, je suis tellement déçu de cette pâtisserie là. En coupant le gâteau, ce n'était pas du Redvelvet, l'intérieur était rose. L'élément centrale de la fête c'était que le gâteau devait être du redvelvet pour l'anniversaire d'un homme. La qualité du gâteau laissait à désirer, la crème bleu sur le gâteau tachait toute la bouche avec les dents. Je crois qu'ils ont mis trop de colorant. Bref, le gâteau n'était pas raffiné . J'ai contacté à plusieurs reprises la succursale, je tombe sur la boîte vocale & aucun retour de leur part. C'est comme jeté de l'argent par la fenêtre.
We were very disappointed with the quality & taste of the Christmas log we purchased from your shop. Given the retail price ($55), we expected something truly special, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.
When we mentioned the price to our guests, they were quite surprised-unfortunately, not in a positive way. This was especially disappointing given your shop's strong reputation.
Overall - the product was low quality & overpriced! I'm definitely will not be a repeat customer!

2025 la pâtisserie est toujours excellente que se soit la bûche, les petites pâtisseries & gâteaux , il y en a pour tout les goûts. À chaque année j'essaie différemment. Le service est rapide & courtois. Au jour de l'An j'essaie la tourtière & le pâté poulet..
Je suis venue le 16 décembre 2025 en après-midi pour acheter le gâteau d'anniversaire de ma fille de 1 ans excellentes service. Le propriétaire est très gentil & m'a bien accueilli & j'ai reçu un joli gâteau très délicieux. Je recommande fortement cette pâtisserie. Milles merci 🙂

Grace à maison Rolland, j'ai eu le plus beau gâteau d'anniversaire; tres bonne décoration & absolument délicieux. Ils ont dépassé toutes mes attentes. Merci d'avoir rendu cette journée si spéciale !
