Ordered a hot Okinawa premium black tea with tapioca pearls to go, as we wanted to drink it while taking a stroll. While the drink was excellent, its delivery medium seriously needs to be improved.

First, the drink was served extra hot, but there was no sleeve available to hold it, so we were given an extra cup. Then, it came with one of those coffee lids, with a very small opening, & a boba straw. The boba straw was too big for the opening of the lid, but we forced it in. However, as the straw was now squeezed, the tapioca pearls could not come out anymore. We then removed the lid, & had to reshape the straw for it to fit the pearls. The drink was way too hot to drink safely with a straw, so had to wait for it to cool down. It was also difficult to walk with this hot uncovered drink without spilling. To top it all off, while doing all this outside, with the lid now removed, a fly flew into the drink & died on the surface of the liquid…🤦🏻?♀? Even forgot to take a picture as we were busy dealing with this.

The drink itself was actually very tasty. The tapioca pearls were also perfectly soft & chewy. I would order the same again, if it was served in an appropriate cup…

I've been a loyal customer since the very beginning, & this boba shop has never disappointed me! From day one, they've served the freshest, most flavorful drinks with perfectly chewy pearls every single time. The quality has been consistent for years, & they're always adding creative new flavors that keep me excited to come back. The staff are so friendly & welcoming - ☺? I'm so proud to have supported them from the start & can honestly say they're the best boba shop in town!

First time I went here was blown away by how fresh the pearls were. The second time I bought a brown sugar milk drink & the tapioca they gave me was raw or frozen or something, extremely hard & impossible to chew. Drink was good but was really disappointed overall.
