Really good, my favorite bobba tea place but recently some of the tapioca comes out chewy & hard :( idk why & my bday drink was watery & not as good as usual. Highly recommend & hope it goes back to normal soon :)

Ordered a hot Okinawa premium black tea with tapioca pearls to go, as we wanted to drink it while taking a stroll. While the drink was excellent, its delivery medium seriously needs to be improved.
First, the drink was served extra hot, but there was no sleeve available to hold it, so we were given an extra cup. Then, it came with one of those coffee lids, with a very small opening, & a boba straw. The boba straw was too big for the opening of the lid, but we forced it in. However, as the straw was now squeezed, the tapioca pearls could not come out anymore. We then removed the lid, & had to reshape the straw for it to fit the pearls. The drink was way too hot to drink safely with a straw, so had to wait for it to cool down. It was also difficult to walk with this hot uncovered drink without spilling. To top it all off, while doing all this outside, with the lid now removed, a fly flew into the drink & died on the surface of the liquid…🤦🏻?♀? Even forgot to take a picture as we were busy dealing with this.
The drink itself was actually very tasty. The tapioca pearls were also perfectly soft & chewy. I would order the same again, if it was served in an appropriate cup…
I had the BEST taro boba here . I can say that i really tried many different taro boba in my life but this one is nothing compared to the others. The light sweetness of it, the creaminess & the richness. Not too sweet just the perfect touch. The tapioca what can i say might of fell on the majestic batch it was perfectly made sweet, soft, chewy & hot was all i could ask for to top my bubble tea this afternoon. Would definitely recommend if you would like something quick to grab at a good price. To top it off the place is very cute & cozy have room to sit alone or with your friends!!!
Their bubble tea is quite exceptional, particularly the tapioca, which is wonderfully soft & flavorful. While it is a bit more costly, it surpasses Presotea & Chatime in quality.
I love this place they have the best bubble tea in town by far. The tapioca is perfect texture. Also the sitting & service is on point never disappointed 🙌🏻
Staff is nice, their tapioca is sooo good, always sweet & soft. (But there was also this one time I came & it was tasteless....It was probably onetime thing tho) Clean & cozy store! Also the cashier/barista is really nice, they let me sit there to do homework for an hour even when it was getting late. Love this place!!
Their seasonal tiramisu matcha drink is SO good with tapioca it has to be one of the best drinks there, it's perfect sweetness too at half or regular sugar !!! 100% rec GET IT ASAPP the workers are all so nice too
First time I went here was blown away by how fresh the pearls were. The second time I bought a brown sugar milk drink & the tapioca they gave me was raw or frozen or something, extremely hard & impossible to chew. Drink was good but was really disappointed overall.

Good quality tea, delicious tasty tapioca balls. This is my favorite place for bubble tea when I crave a good boba. My favourites are the hokkaido milk tea, Kyoto matcha milk tea & watermelon green tea.
The service is also always great & friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience although I must’ve been here close to a hundred times over the years!
The place is small though & i don’t love the look of it so I prefer taking my drink for takeout, or could be nice drinking it in Beaudet Park right in front of the store.
