First impressions matter, & unfortunately, this one was really bad.
Excellent restaurant iranien ! Le shishlik & le jarret d'agneau étaient délicieux, parfaitement cuits & pleins de saveurs. Le service était chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The food quality is very mediocre. It is just expensive, the food is not any different & even lower quality than other Persian restaurants.
Dinner here was good, especially the attentive service. I'd say the food was good but not truly exceptional & the prices are a little on the high side overall. Friendly service & inviting.
Amazing design & people. You feel home. Oldish nostalgia style which take you to childhood. Price is expensive & menu was not full of persian food. Mostly north part of iran. I advice to at least Gh örme sabzi to menu. But i felt home in my childhood which I suggest to experience. Tahchin was really delicious
You should come & try this place, super happy that we found them, every single bite was tasty. We are here from Vancouver & we will be back for sure on our future visit.
When planning to travel Montreal, I was very excited to find & try the cuisine of an Iranian/Persian restaurant. Maison Inja was the first Iranian restaurant to show up in my search in Apple Maps, so I decided to go there. Best choice I could I have made. The restaurant environment was very beautiful & the servers were very friendly. The food itself was AMAZING, both in looks, taste, & texture. I'd say it was meal fit for the Shah & the Shahbanu. I truly recommend this place for anyone looking for traditional Iranian cuisine & look forward to visiting again someday.
Maison Inja provides a great selection of aromatic combinations of Tahchin (baked dishes encased in saffron infused rice). The different flavour combinations all sound wonderful & of course I can only watch for the dishes. I managed to try. The eggplant & veal & eggplant & chicken & sour cherry Tahchin dishes were all freshly baked, presented well & tasted excellent. The service was great with the staff rescuing our evening by squeezing us in when a reservation error on our part had occurred. Thank you!! Once again the best part of these dishes is aromatic & flavourful taste combinations.
