À deux pas du Musée des beaux-arts, Maison Inja est une très belle découverte de la cuisine perse.

Nous avons goûté l'Adas Polo Tahchin, riz aux lentilles, dattes & safran, garni de boeuf haché & enveloppé d'un riz safrané délicieusement croustillant, ainsi que le kebab Digi Tahchin, boeuf haché maison & sauce tomate, eux aussi nichés dans cette croûte de riz safrané.

Une cuisine parfumée, délicate & généreuse, aux saveurs parfaitement équilibrées. Les portions sont copieuses & chaque bouchée révèle un joli travail autour des épices & du safran.

Ajoutez à cela un service irréprochable, souriant & attentionné : Maison Inja fait clairement partie des meilleurs restaurants perses que j'ai testés. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.

Visiting from New York, we met up with friends at this Montreal gem for our first Persian dining experience in Canada, & it was absolutely outstanding. The food had incredible variety & flavor, & the atmosphere was a beautiful blend of cozy, traditional, & modern styles. A special thank you to Sahar, whose exceptional kindness, patience, & hospitality made our evening truly memorable.
