We had an amazing experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The reservation process was smooth & the staff was incredibly welcoming the moment we arrived. The service throughout the meal was outstanding & very attentive, friendly, & professional without ever feeling intrusive. & the food? Absolutely exceptional! Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, & clearly made with care.
I loved everything about my visit & can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

If you are craving for a Persian dish & you want to experience an exquisite atmosphere, this is the place. Staff are kind, food is beyond delicious & it feels like dining in a luxury middle eastern place.
It's unfair to give them less than 5 star, however I want to mention that you should expect a pricy menu.
We tried the Lentil & the kebab Digi Tahchin & I highly recommend it.

I recently discovered this Persian restaurant & it completely won me over. The Tajin was absolutely incredible-rich, flavorful, & deeply comforting. It tasted like a dish straight from a Persian home, elevated with finesse.
Their wine list is perfectly curated to pair with the food, which took the whole experience to another level. It's rare to find such thoughtful pairings with Persian cuisine.
The ambiance is just as memorable. The space is beautifully decorated, like an authentic Persian grandma's house-warm, nostalgic, & full of charm. Every corner feels like a celebration of culture & tradition.
The staff were kind, attentive, & genuinely helpful, which made everything even better.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a soulful dining experience that blends incredible food, wine, & atmosphere. This place is a true gem! 💎

The dishes are infused with beautiful aromas of saffron, making every bite comforting & flavorful. On top of that, the staff are incredibly welcoming & attentive, making you feel like part of the family. I was really impressed by this restaurant. From my past experiences with other Persian places, I expected good food ,but this was on another level. The menu is based on real home style recipes, & the flavors reminded me of dishes made by my mom , rich, aromatic, & full of character. The quality of the ingredients stood out right away. You usually only see this level of quality in very expensive restaurants, but here it comes at a fair & reasonable price, which makes it a great value. The décor was beautiful, with a warm & cozy atmosphere that felt welcoming & home-like. The service was also excellent .the staff were kind, attentive, & made the whole experience even better. As someone from the Middle East, where food culture is close to Iran's, I was very happy to find a place in Montreal that stays true to authentic flavors & traditions. This restaurant is a real gem, & I highly recommend it.

Dining at Maison Inja felt like being transported straight to Tehran. From the moment you walk in, you're embraced by a warm, elegant atmosphere with Persian music, soft lighting, & subtle details that reflect true Iranian hospitality.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was a celebration of flavor & tradition. The saffron rice was fragrant, you can taste the love & authenticity in every bite. The desserts are simply divine.
Service was attentive & kind, & the staff took the time to explain the dishes & make you feel like a welcome guest in their home.

Super cute Persian restaurant with lots of charm. We really enjoyed the ambience & the creative take on tahchin! We were a bit worried reading some of the reviews but the tahchin (kebab digi & chicken eggplant) were delicious. They are not your usual tahchin dishes - lots of aromatics that made the dish more complex & enjoyable. Highly recommend giving a try!

Maison Inja is a beautiful restaurant next to its sister café Aunja on Sherbrooke. We were a party of two & ordered the (1) Eggplant & Chicken Tahchin [$36.85], (2) Lentil Delight Appetizer [$15.85] & (3) Borage Teapot [$15.99]. The tahchin tasted mostly like chicken, as we were unable to see or taste the eggplant. Note that it is VERY filling. We enjoyed the lentil appetizer but were surprised at the few pieces of bread given (that was visibly ripped apart). We asked for more which came with a surcharge of $2.99! We were also tucked away in a corner where we didn't have any water refills the whole night & kept waiting for a server to come around. Despite the lack of attention from the staff & high costs, we had a wonderful time & enjoyed the restaurant's ambiance. I would highly recommend the borage tea & lentil appetizer! I will probably return & order a different tahchin to try next time. In total, the bill came to $82.41 after tax & before tip.
