Delicious Persian food in a wonderful setting! Definitely wanted to have one more piece of lamb for the Shishlik, for the pricepoint but nevertheless, had an amazing dinner. Thanks to Timeleft for introducing the place to me!

It was really clean, nice, & the food was delicious. It's definitely the kind of place you should take a foreign friend to, so they can experience fancy, modern-style Iranian cuisine.
I recommend 200% !!! I tried the eggplant chicken tahchin & the lubia polo tahchin & they were both AMAZINGLY delicious 🫠😍 the place is clean, quiet & very cozy. If I were to give some improvement ideas: the waiter should not come & ask us if we are done 15min after receiving the plates, the portions could be slightly bigger (they are so good)
The food was really amazing. Called with almost no notice & they found a way to accommodate us. The decor has a mid century, Iranian aesthetic that is really nostalgic. The different variations of tahchin was really great. I brought my non-Iranian friends to introduce them to Persian cuisine & they were blown away!
Great place! I really recommend it to try real Persian meals. Atmosphere, decor, dishes & ... are great. Being there feels like home. Thank you Maison inja. 👍

Such a nice evening. Not traditional but fusion Iranian cuisine with a very Mediterranean & fresh taste. Cozy place & comforting food & very polite & welcoming service. Coming back for sure.
Yummy, yummy, yummy! The restaurant is small & we had no reservations, so we were lucky to get a table for dinner. Everything was so tasty from the beginning to the end. The Borek with beef & topped with pomegranate was delicious. The fresh herb seasoned olives that accompanied it just added to the flavor. We loved the individuality of each of the dining tables & china plates. Our only regret is that we don't live in Montreal for many return visits to try all the other dishes.
Had an amazing experience at Maison inja today! The food was bursting with flavor, the atmosphere was cozy & vibrant feels like home(Iran 😍) & the service was top-notch. The drinks were also spot on. Can't wait to go back! 💕🤌🏻

Last year that I meant to visit this restaurant, I went to the cafe mistakenly & I didn't notice! So I thought I just had a bad experience with the hospitality. This year I decided to give it another chance & realized there is a Persian cafe & right next to it, there's this restaurant 😹 I loved both my food & drink but the cafe obviously has more specialty in beverages. Very nice seasonings & portioning & very clean & aesthetic
I recently dined at maison Inja, & it was fantastic. The service was great, with friendly staff. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, making it a perfect place to relax & enjoy a meal. The highlight was the food, especially the shishlik. Every dish was a delight. I highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-notch Persian dining experience.
I have not had such a fantastic & delicious Persian meal for a very long time. I am pescatarian. The dish I was craving for had chicken. They accommodated me. The aroma & taste of the rice was incredible. It brought back memories of childhood & my mom's cooking. Highly recommend it
This is one of the best restaurants in Montreal! The food tastes just like homemade, & the atmosphere makes me feel right at home. The waitress is always friendly, with a warm smile on her face, & she is super attentive to all of the guests. Truly delicious & amazing service! My colleague made tahdig a few weeks ago & I was absolutely enamoured. To be able to feel & taste that unique comfort food taste at Maison Inja was a huge highlight of our trip to Montreal. The beet bliss was also incredible! We did have the cabbage salad, that while refreshing, was not as exceptional as the other two dishes. I had the Persian Fragrance drink which was a beautiful complement to my meal. Decor & atmosphere is very beautiful!
A delight. Charming setting, delicious food & generous portions. Succulent textures, subtle but deep flavours & the unexpected tastes/touches (like the Persian Fragrance drink we shared) that you hope to find when you encounter a new Persian place. We'll be back.
