I tried chicken Tahchin. It was not satisfactory, just a thin layer of tah dig on top of boiled chicken! The price is high & the food is far different than what you have in Iran. Not a good representative.
The ambience was very warm & inviting, with beautiful decor that perfectly complemented the Persian culture. The staff were absolutely lovely-welcoming, attentive, & always ready with a smile. The starters & main dishes were great. Each dish was a delightful blend of traditional flavors with innovative twists that made every bite a discovery. Their drinks were equally delightful, with a variety of refreshing, uniquely flavored options. Overall, this restaurant exceeded all expectations, combining delicious food, excellent service, & a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

What a blast! I loved the ambiance & the food, & the company 😌🥰 great great place, food is just soooo tasty & the gin & tonics were perfect, perfect for celebrating almost six months with the most amazing human being 🫶🏼
Just had lunch here & it was a fantastic experience. The food was so delicious. We had an app then a main & it left us very satisfied. I highly recommend Maison Inja.
The restaurant decor is beautiful & tasteful. However the food was a bit underwhelming. All the rice dishes we tried were heavily flavored with cardamom & cinnamon, making them taste more like baklava than rice. We also had to wait quite a while for the waiter to take our order, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Drinks were perfect.
Cute restaurant with the best food! They thought about every detail. From the decor to the chinaware & even the food presentation!!! Prices are also very reasonable for what your getting! Will definitely come back when Im in Montreal next!

Excellent food, very good service & excellent ambiance. We had booked the table at the window but they had forgotten & had given it to other client, but with their good service, it was a negligible error. We will go there again 👌🏻
We had a very great evening there with wonderful hospitality, great atmosphere & delicious food. It was a wonderful experience. If you want experience Iranian food in Parisian atmosphere, with Persian hospitality, here is the best place in Montreal.
My husband & I went to this restaurant for lunch. The appetizer I ordered was called skillet eggplant (if I'm not mistaken) & it was a new recipe kinda combination of kashke badenjan & Mirza ghasemi. The eggplant was smoked & it tasted so good. I just wish it was served warm. The main course; I ordered chicken & spinach tahchin & my husband ordered kabak digi tahchin. His dish was really good, mine was good too but at some point I felt a little bit greasy. Each dish comes with marinated olives & mint yogurt. The restaurant design was vintage & reminds me of my grandparents house. It was nostalgic & cozy. Overall I would recommend it specially for the Tahchin lovers! ☺️

We ordered two different dishes, the rice was sticky & almost tasted the same on two different recipes. A bit expensive compared to other counterparts, starting 18% tip on card machines. The first & the last visit for us anyway.
We visited Maison Inja in downtown Montreal for a special occasion, & it was the perfect choice. The venue is absolutely stunning, with beautifully thought-out decor that makes the experience feel extra special. The owner & the wait staff were warm, attentive, & always smiling, which added a personal touch to the evening. The food was exceptional-Persian fusion with bold, delicious flavors. I tried the Lubia Polo Tachin & Eggplant & Chicken Tachin, & both dishes were outstanding. The Persian tea & dessert were the perfect way to end the meal. The attention to detail in every aspect of the experience really stood out. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food in a charming setting. I'll definitely be going back!
