We had a group from Greater Vancouver, British Columbia; Ottawa, Ontario; & Montreal Area. We really enjoyed our visit. We were greeted very nicely when we arrived & our coats were hung up for us. We were brought a delicious appetizer complements of the chef. The food was excellent. Our orders included Goan Portugese Vindaloo & Champaran curry but all of the dishes were great. I recall that we were also brought a complimentary dessert. We bought drinks, appetizers, main dishes, naan, & Jeera Rice & the cost was very reasonable. We parked two vehicles easily, though someone was leaving at the time & one vehicle took that spot. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely delicious food & very generous portions! The employees are very friendly, professional & clearly passionate about the dishes, explaining how they are made & answering any questions. We will come back again!

I would like to thank everyone who worked at the restaurant last Sunday evening. It was a special moment for my whole family. We had just returned from a funeral; my father had suddenly lost his brother & we were in mourning. We don't see each other often in my family, only two or three times a year. Against all odds, you transformed our evening of mourning into a moment of pure joy, being together & sharing a delicious meal at your table. We were surprised by the quality of your dishes & your service. My parents will talk about their experience at your restaurant for years to come. Thank you again for everything, sincerely.

A truly refined dining experience. From the elegant street food-inspired appetizers to the impeccably crafted dishes, every detail reflects sophistication & authenticity. The cuisine is beautifully balanced, fresh, & thoughtfully curated by the chef, complemented by warm & knowledgeable service. The meal concluded perfectly with a delicate lemon ginger tea. A remarkable culinary destination we look forward to revisiting.

Maison Indienne - Indian House offers authentic Indian food with real flavor, not watered-down dishes. Everything was fresh, well-spiced, & clearly cooked with care. The portions were satisfying, service was polite, & the overall atmosphere was comfortable. You can tell this place focuses on quality rather than shortcuts. Definitely worth visiting if you want genuine Indian cuisine.

This review was a long time coming. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Ordered a variety of dishes that were all spectacular; we started off with a creamy paneer bhurji with some buns, continued with a classic butter & chicken vindaloo with garlic naan, & ended off with some halwa puri & kheer, gulping it all down a warm cup of karak Chai. Both chefs responsible for these incredible dishes are bringing back Indian cuisine in a way that I have not seen done before, & I am so excited to go back & try a myriad of their dishes moving forward. A lot of love, thought & care goes into their dishes, with around 15 dollars per person. The quantities are large, & for me, the biggest win was the fact it all tasted fresh & authentic. Until next time!
Amazing first experience at this restaurant. Every plate is a wonderful trip to traditional Indian cuisine with an elegant touch. The Chef even came to take our comments at the end of the meal. Good portion, fair price & very high quality. Next time, I will ask the waiter to explore even more dishes. A true gem to be discovered!

There are so many Indian food options in the West Island, but we chose this restaurant because of its amazing 4.9-star rating - & it truly deserves every star! The restaurant is spotless, & the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, & polite. The menu offers a great variety of classic Indian dishes, & everything we tried was absolutely delicious. To top it off, they treated us to a complimentary appetizer & dessert, which was a wonderful surprise. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. An excellent experience from start to finish - we will definitely be coming back!

Me & my family are so happy to have found this restaurant. The food was delicious. They have a variety of vegetarian options. Chef Anuj & Team offered us some new dishes & welcomed our honest feedback. Their hospitality is top notch. We had the best experience visiting Indian House. So far the best restaurant in West Island. Would love to visit again. Best wishes to Chef Anuj & team.
They welcome you like a family member. Complimentary dishes surprise while waiting for your order. The taste is authentic. Every dish had its aroma. Dahi gollgappe were amazing.
