This restaurant exceeded our expectations it delivers a high-end experience at an affordable price.
The chef was outstanding, going out of his way to prepare special meals for our kids & making our visit truly memorable, while humbly crediting his team.
The service was attentive yet the team checked on us without ever disturbing the experience. We also spoke with a front-of-house staff member who shared how focused the chef is & how personally involved he is in training each team member.
The depth of the cuisine was impressive, with each flavor distinct & thoughtfully crafted & beautifully presented dishes reminded us of Michelin-level dining in France during our last summer vacation.
Food was excellent!! Really authentic with some personal touches from the chef!
Appetizers- excellent - with beet root sauce
Mains - delicious!
Even the rice was fragrant & delicious!

I went to this restaurant with my parntner the chef camw outside & helped us theough the menu & answered all our questions .the food & hospitality was amazing easily my go to restaurant for family & friends on weekend
Excellente expérience de nouveau dans ce restaurant que nous apprécions vraiment. Nous avons pris le menu du chef, 4 services plus le dessert pour 49$. Les plats sont très originaux & bien présentés. Ce vendredi il y avait un chanteur qui a assuré une très bonne animation de la soirée !
Had a nice dinner here recently. The chef surprised us with a small amuse-bouche chaat starter, which was such a thoughtful touch & tasted amazing. The main course was delicious as well. Chef personally came by a couple of times to check if everything was good, which made the whole dinner feel very warm & welcoming.
We had a group from Greater Vancouver, British Columbia; Ottawa, Ontario; & Montreal Area. We really enjoyed our visit. We were greeted very nicely when we arrived & our coats were hung up for us. We were brought a delicious appetizer complements of the chef. The food was excellent. Our orders included Goan Portugese Vindaloo & Champaran curry but all of the dishes were great. I recall that we were also brought a complimentary dessert. We bought drinks, appetizers, main dishes, naan, & Jeera Rice & the cost was very reasonable. We parked two vehicles easily, though someone was leaving at the time & one vehicle took that spot. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This review was a long time coming. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Ordered a variety of dishes that were all spectacular; we started off with a creamy paneer bhurji with some buns, continued with a classic butter & chicken vindaloo with garlic naan, & ended off with some halwa puri & kheer, gulping it all down a warm cup of karak Chai. Both chefs responsible for these incredible dishes are bringing back Indian cuisine in a way that I have not seen done before, & I am so excited to go back & try a myriad of their dishes moving forward. A lot of love, thought & care goes into their dishes, with around 15 dollars per person. The quantities are large, & for me, the biggest win was the fact it all tasted fresh & authentic. Until next time!
Amazing first experience at this restaurant. Every plate is a wonderful trip to traditional Indian cuisine with an elegant touch. The Chef even came to take our comments at the end of the meal. Good portion, fair price & very high quality. Next time, I will ask the waiter to explore even more dishes. A true gem to be discovered!

Chef Anuj & Team offered us some new dishes & welcomed our honest feedback. Their hospitality is top notch. We had the best experience visiting Indian House. The waiters & the chef were very nice, the food was reasonably priced & you can tell they care about the quality of their food. They gave me a free soup to sample as well as a free dessert which was amazing. Can't wait for those new items to be on the menu!
We recently dined at India House in Pierrefonds as a group of 14, & the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Before our visit, I had spoken with the owner, Kewal, who personally arranged for the chef, Anuj, to coordinate a customized multi-course menu for us.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed & well taken care of. As promised, Chef Anuj prepared an exceptional 5-6 course meal, & to our delight, he surprised us with even more dishes than originally planned. Every course was thoughtfully presented, beautifully seasoned, & full of authentic flavour. Not a single person in our group had anything short of praise for the food.
What truly stood out was the hospitality. Kewal & Anuj & their staff went above & beyond to make sure our group had a memorable evening - something you don't experience often these days.
If you're looking for delicious Indian cuisine combined with warm, personal service, India House is a must-visit. We will definitely be returning!

We were passing by & noticed this new Indian restaurant over the weekend we went to dine there. We ordered paneer butter masala, aloo tikki chaat, mixed veg paratha & dal makhani. Everything was perfect. The chef AJ is the heart of the restaurant, once you go eat there he will win you heart not just because his skill of culinary but his hunger to make sure you leave the restaurant happy & satisfied. AJ is the reason we will be regular customers there.
We went for brunch at Indian House for the first time. We had avocado toast, pav bhaji & veg thali. Everything was excellent. But food is not the only thing you want to go there, the chef Anuj (AJ) is a gem of a person. He pays attention to every single request you have regarding your test. He comes & talks to you regarding the food & makes sure everything is fine. He runs the show. Now because of him we are regular customers there & happy as well. Thanks Anuj.
