Restaurant Maison Indian Curry, located in Parc-Extension, offers both North and South authentic Indian cuisine. South Indian cuisine is rice based. Rice is combined with lentils to make wonderful dosas, idlis and vadas. These items are glorious and delicious besides being nourishing and digestible. The South Indian food is a brilliant blend of flavors, colors, seasoning (a little hotter than North India food), nutritional balance, fragrance, taste, and visual appeal. A typical North Indian meal would consist of chappatis or parantha (unleavened flat breads), pilafs, dals, curries all seasoned with fresh ingredients. Tandoori cooking is a north Indian specialty and famous all over the world. Tandoori chicken, naan, tandoori kebabs and shrimps are a hit at Maison Indian Curry (Indian Curry House). The Masala dosa(Indian crêpe made by stuffing a dosa with a lightly cooked filling of potatoes, fried onions and spices) is also amongst the best in Montreal. The authentic food, friendly service and cozy ambiance will have you going back to Maison Indian Curry on a regular basis.

I come back to this Indian resaurant at least once a month. The food is unreal, & the price is unbeatable. I was once with friends who convinced me to cross the street to Bombay (because they have the BYOB option that maison indian curry does not have) however I was truly disappointed with the food, & the prices (although not by that much) were more expensive. The butter-chicken thali is the best deal you could ever get. $7 for the most AMAZING butter chicken, rice, 2 pieces of naan bread, a whole piece of chicken (either leg or thigh) a salad, the curry of the day, & a dessert... talk about a deal. Also the channah samosa is the best starting dish... a bit spicy & a bit sweet, my friends & I cannot change our order!! Everytime we go back we all order the same thing we had the time before... the only downside is that it is SO good I often eat too much! Best Indian in Montreal, hands down!

De la vraie cuisine indienne de qualité. On est loin du poulet au beurre de la rue St-Denis...

Des dosas, des pani puri, du channa samosa, du dhal. Depuis que j'ai découvert cet endroit, j'y retourne souvent & malgré le service un peu indifférent, je sors de là satisfait & les papilles sur-stimulées.

Je ne connais aucun meilleur resto indien à Montréal.

mauvais service.

j'ai passé une commande à emporter & elle n’était pas prête au moment de la récupération (soit 30 minutes après). de plus, deux items que j'avais initialement commandés & qui m'ont été facturés étaient manquants dans la commande. par ce manque de sérieux dans le service & aussi du fait que la nourriture soit moyennement bonne, je ne recommande donc pas ce restaurant.

Restaurant très abordable & excellent.
J'adore la nourriture indienne & ce restaurant doit être l'un de mes restaurant indien préféré!
C'est un restaurant peut prétentieux & qui offre de la nourriture authentique & de qualité, c'est ce que j'aime.
Très pratique pour les commandes pour emporter.
Pour les amateurs de nourriture indienne je vous recommande ce restaurant!
