About

Maison Indian Curry House presents a diverse selection of traditional Indian culinary staples characterized by robust spice profiles and slow-cooked techniques. The kitchen focuses on authentic preparations of butter chicken, tender lamb rogan josh, and a variety of vegetarian paneer dishes served alongside freshly charred tandoori breads. Vibrant aromatic powders like turmeric, cumin, and coriander define the flavor architecture of every curry bowl prepared on the premises. Diners encounter a straightforward interior design that prioritizes functional comfort while highlighting the vivid colors of the culinary offerings. Basmati rice serves as the foundation for complex sauced proteins that emphasize regional heat levels and textures. The establishment maintains a consistent focus on the essential components of classic South Asian cuisine for those seeking reliable, flavorful renditions of these signature comfort food dishes.

Been coming here for years now. It used to be our neighborhood Indian restaurant. We've moved south West since & have been desperately for a restaurant that could match this one. Sadly, we haven't yet. Luckily, we could still come here while we continue the search. It's our maison indian curry afterall.

### Food Order Complaint

I ordered a total of **$52 worth of food**, including **one chicken biryani, one pulao rice, & one daal**.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the order, especially the chicken biryani. The **quality & quantity were very poor**. There was **hardly any chicken-actually, I could not find any chicken at all**. The rice did not taste like biryani; it seemed like **plain rice fried with some masala** rather than properly prepared chicken biryani.

The **daal was also not very tasty**, while the pulao was just okay.

Overall, I am **very unsatisfied with the food & the value for the $52 I paid**. I expected much better quality & quantity, especially from the chicken biryani. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue & provide an appropriate resolution.

We cannot comment on the food since we walked out of the restaurant.
It's so unfortunate that a restaurant carrying the name of my country would make Indians feel unwelcome & discriminated against. Most of the customers were non-indians, & the experience was extremely disappointing.
We came expecting good food & hospitality, but unfortunately, we left feeling disrespected. Such treatment is especially disappointing from a restaurant that represents the name of our country. We were waiting in the restaurant for some time & expecting someone would come witht the menu atleast & no body is even noticing us or checking with us. After a while a canadian couple came in & sat next to our table. The moment they sat & within 1 minute, the waiter gave them water & menu. When we were walking out, one person came to us. but we had already decided to walk out due to the behavior. I explained her the situation & told that this is not good & everyone should be treated equally. If such restaurants prefer only non-indians, then they should put a notice saying'Indians are not welcome'.
