Welcome to The House of Jazz (Maison du Jazz) in Laval! Our Montreal location has been a landmark of entertainment, cuisine, and history. Built by French Montrealer Georges Durst, House of Jazz has been a home to Canada’s finest Jazz musicians since 1981. Now we invite you to take a tour of the House of Jazz in Laval and discover the many facets of this entertainment haven.

Our private room "Bijou" is located upstairs in the Monte Carlo / VIP area and is available for groups of up to 10 people.

5 stars for the band, the entertainment, the ambiance! It was amazing! The 4 stars is for the food, it was ok but not so warm! Service was great though, we were served by Genevieve, she was super friendly & helpful!

Belle soirée entre amis Geneviève notre serveuse bien aimable souriante chaleureuse. Nourriture bonne mais trop cher en plus 30$ pour frais d'entrée. Place a aller pour occasion spéciale. Je recommande

Tables sont trop rapprocher car la distance entre tables tres peu surtout le Omicron qui continue de circuler. Meme le bar les chaises sont tres coller.
Ils ont changer de table & aucun vue de show.

It was my first time in Montreal, & I loved this place! For the jazz band awesomeness through the night, I had my proposal done here & my beautiful girl said YES! that part made everything for me most meaningful ever & this place will forever be in my heart & my family!
Good staffs as well friendly & bilingual as we didn't speak French but we were taken good care of.
Food: they have good food but only if they could take long, then bring it hot, my food was really cold, same with my girlfriend's. the wings were great, no complain on those. The time taken to bring a food order is also pretty long but definitely the music 🎶 will make you forget the wait time as it's all lite through the long wait & you will keep nodding your head & stamping your feet to the amazing jazz.
Great decorations, you will love it . Good for a date but not a know each other date haha because the music will not allow you so better for a couple that has known each other more.
Generally I will recommend you to check this place out in Montreal. I will be back to Montreal in the summer & am sure to visit the house of jazz again!

The food, entertainment & atmosphere was wonderful. The waitress was pleasant & served us very well. The only regret was not staying to closing time!

Très belle soirée. Très bon service. Notre plat de joue de boeuf était très tendre. Le jarret d'agneau était bon également. Le groupe de musiciens ont été très divertissant.

Nous avons passé une bonne soirée mais ça a mal commencé quand le Mr à la porte a traité mon épouse de « bonne femme > parce qu'elle n'a pas voulu laisser son manteau au vestiaire mais le maître d'hôtel est venu & expliquer que les serveurs s'accrochent aux manteaux & a calmé l'atmosphère & nous sommes entrés.

Le décor est sublime, la chanteuse que nous avons vue hier soir à vraiment une belle voix. La nourriture excellente. Pour ma part j'ai mangé la joue de boeuf & elle était très tendre & délicieuse. Je recommande ce restaurant à qui veut passer une belle soirée autant en amoureux qu'en amis.🎼😍👌😎 Prevoir cependant $$$
