Welcome to The House of Jazz (Maison du Jazz) in Laval! Our Montreal location has been a landmark of entertainment, cuisine, and history. Built by French Montrealer Georges Durst, House of Jazz has been a home to Canada’s finest Jazz musicians since 1981. Great place, defently a must visit. Pricey but worth the pennies. Would defently come back again. Great service & great music. Ambiance is perfect it resembles jazz.

We had a great time. The "Roaring 20's" decor of the place is AMAZING. The performance was outstanding... first class! We had a blast! Next time we're in town again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Nous sommes allés pour un souper spectacle à 18h. Très belle place au bar!! Superbe endroit.
Service adéquat & super sympathique;)
La nourriture est digne d'un grand resto.
Plusieurs choix de drinks...
Forfait souper, tous les occupants commandent en même temps, donc on attend un peu pour la nourriture.
Très bon spectacle, un peu fort par contre

We really enjoyed the food, ambience, the very friendly staff, & of course the live music. Upon arrival I felt like I was back in new Orléans . The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because the air conditioning was not working well & it was really hot. However they didn't charge us for the water & the manager came by to apologize which was very nice.

Great Décor - Professional Musicians - Not too loud (Tech-Guy sound kept it reasonable) Had to ask many times different people to order drinks.
Maybe lacking co-ordination between the Hostess & the Service staff.
Busy nite with 3 birthdays - Maybe lacking staff. Would've appreciated to know who our server was. Food presentation excellent. My Wife & I had the TATAKI THON - My daughter - a pasta dish. Ambience music (after live sets) could include more jazz-oriented music. Over-all - will definitely go back.
