Welcome to The House of Jazz (Maison du Jazz) in Laval! Our Montreal location has been a landmark of entertainment, cuisine, and history. Built by French Montrealer Georges Durst, House of Jazz has been a home to Canada’s finest Jazz musicians since 1981. Now we invite you to take a tour of the House of Jazz in Laval and discover the many facets of this entertainment haven.

Our private room "Bijou" is located upstairs in the Monte Carlo / VIP area and is available for groups of up to 10 people.

We were there frome 8pm to 1:30am for the new years celebration . Started off well until we were completely forgotten by our server . We had ordered drinks around 10:30pm & they arrived after midnight , so did our main dishes. We were asked to pay our bill in full in advance for this event & it was NOT worth the 480$ + extra 100$ for drinks & water once there . I felt disrespected & stranded as a client who made the reservation 3 monthS prior.
That being said , Michelle Sweeney did not disappoint ! Impressive singer & performer . The band that accompanied her were on point & amazing .
The place is beautiful.

ce n'est pas un souper dansant, comme ça a été publié dans l'annonce du restaurent. C'est un restaurent avec de la musique live. Il n'y a absolument aucune place pour danser, ni même pour se déplacer. Les tables sont installées très proches.

Cuban band-Music just what we needed to bring us to the warmer south weather (without airline hassles or sunburns)
4 Orders * the Lamb - * Salmon tartare - * Pasta dish - * Pork Ribs - all good.
But took a good 50 minutes to get our food served..........either short-staffed in kitchen or good food takes time to make...........
I counted 3 birthday groups so maybe they took up meal-prep time....... regardless another great nite of music & food

Très belle organisation de party de Noël d'une quarantaine de personnes! Le service d'Alexandre & de son équipe est des plus courtois & amical! Bonne bouffe aussi & excellents spectacles de jazz! Bien hâte d'y retourner!

Le restaurant est réputé pour donner des spectacles de Jazz. La seule chose qu'on a écouté c'est des chansons qui passent à 92.5 mais jouée par 3 musiciens assez médiocres.

This was my Seco d ti.e here, The place was great, the band was very good, but I was disappointed though to find on my bill a $10 fee for the band. No one told me there was a fee when I reserved & no one told me when I got there. So I recommended this place to 5 of my friends & we were all charged $10/person for the band. This to me is unacceptable. I don't think I will be going back.
