Welcome to The House of Jazz (Maison du Jazz) in Laval! Our Montreal location has been a landmark of entertainment, cuisine, and history. Built by French Montrealer Georges Durst, House of Jazz has been a home to Canada’s finest Jazz musicians since 1981. Ce n'était pas ma 1ere fois au resto mais là j'étais avec un groupe de 28 personnes pour un anniversaire.
Tous sont unanime;Ambiance=100%, Nourriture=100%, endroit en general & service=100%. Cette soirée a été au-dela de mes attentes. Ma communication avec le gérant pour la préparation était fluide & sans problèmes. Je vous recommande définitivement le House of Jazz que ce soit pour une date ou pour célébrer un évènement, je vous assure que vous passerez une agréable soirée.

Stunning decor with staff who are dressed so that you get the feeling of being back in the flapper era. Food is good. Service staff very efficient as they maneuver around clients who mill about or decide they are going to dance. Because who doesn't want to dance with great music & a lively atmosphere! Nice evening. Definitely a must see if you have never been. ☺️

Nous sommes arrivés à 18:00. Nous nous attendions à écouter du jazz puisque nous sommes à la maison du jazz. Le chanteur qui a été là jusqu'à 20:00 n'a pas chanté de jazz. Ensuite le groupe jazz qui a commencé à 20:30 n'a pas chanté de jazz jusqu'au moment où nous sommes partis a 21:00. Ils ont dits au public que des demandent de chanson pouvaient être faites même si ce n'était pas du jazz... Donc, des demandes ont été faites mais ce n'était pas du jazz. A 21:00 on en a eu assez & on est parti. De plus la nourriture n'était pas super bonne.
