Maison de Soma delivers a standout farm-to-table dining experience with a seasonal tasting menu built around ingredients from the on-site farm and nearby producers, served in an elegant rustic setting with open kitchen views and a breathtaking farm backdrop. The tasting courses are flavorful, creative, and well balanced, with highlight dishes featuring fresh vegetables, tender proteins, and thoughtful wine pairings that enhance each bite. Guests repeatedly praise the warm, knowledgeable service and the sense of hospitality that makes the meal feel personal and memorable, often noting the ambience as a charming countryside retreat and the wine list as impressive. While several reviews mention that portions can be small and the prices high relative to portion size, the overall sentiment emphasizes the quality, innovation, and immersive connection to the land that makes this experience worthwhile and uniquely special in the Tremblant area.
An absolute delight of a restaurant. Shocking that in the middle of farmland Tremblant you have a 5 star caliber culinary masterpiece. It is pricey but worth it. Wine selection is unique & incredible. I recommend splurging & going with the tasting menu to try all these special dishes. Rustic relax feel. Well worth the cost & drive.
You can tell this is such a passion project. Gorgeous farm to table food. So flavorful & without comparison for the area.
The restaurant is situated beautiful in the landscape, & the building it self highlights the garden & the plants in such a nice way.
We were also able to order pinard & filles off the wine list, which we have never been able to get before.

A truly outstanding experience, beautiful surroundings, warm & welcoming service, an exceptionally flavorful menu crafted with ingredients sourced directly from the farm, & a superb wine selection thoughtfully paired with each dish.
We traveled to Mont Tremblant from the eastern US with four other families to ski over our Spring Break. We discovered Maison de Soma after researching options for a dinner out for the parents (arranged babysitting at the hotel) & booked for a group of 8. This booking was for a tasting menu experience.
We arrived to discover an amazingly charming & brilliant structure with traditional farm house vibes yet modern touches. We were welcomed by the owner who was on the front porch with his family enjoying a spectacular sunset.
We were then led into the dining room with an open kitchen concept that was perfectly appointed & had a killer view across the farm to the setting sun. The servers were kind, prompt, informed & were able to recommend some very interesting wines which paired with the multiple courses of the tasting menu.
The Food - absolutely some of the most inventive, interesting & delicious food that we as a group have ever enjoyed. Each plate somehow complemented & expanded on the previous. Every ingredient was from the farm (or neighboring farms) & really ran the culinary spectrum in preparation, flavor & taste.
The Vibe - could not have been more perfect. As the restaurant filled with patrons the atmosphere continued to enhance & complement the wonderful meal we were enjoying. The setting sun, the open kitchen, the exposed beams, the clean white walls all combined into a near perfect dining experience.
The Cost - expensive but no more than one would reasonably expect for that experience & significantly more affordable than such a meal in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia etc.
Summary - if you are in the Mont Tremblant area & really appreciate incredible dining, it would be an utter shame to miss this experience. We cannot wait to return & will definitely be visiting again as it would be worth the trip just for another meal at this amazing destination!
My wife & I visited here on vacation & it's one of the best restaurants we have went to anywhere. Excellent food, cool ambience, & while everyone was working hard - it still felt like a relaxing atmosphere. The owner even gave us a glass of wine on the house as we were waiting for our taxi to get there. Highly rec.
A stunning farm to table spot. We were able to sit at the bar to watch & chat with the chefs which was awesome. You can order off the menu but on the recommendation of the server we ordered all 9 dishes to split which I guess made it like a tasting menu. Everything was prepared with utmost care. Some of the dishes like the cabbage wrapped in a kimchi pancake & the duck hearts were real stand outs. There was no wine pairing so we ordered cocktails & some wine by the glass (it may have been good to have a pairing flight for everything although I understand that since this isn't a tasting menu that might be hard). The only dish that fell a little short for me was the dessert which was a beet ginger cake that seemed a little dry but maybe it just wasn't to my liking. Would love to return again in the future - the place was fantastic!

One of the nicest farm to table dining experiences we've ever had. Great local wine & an amazing lunch from ingredients all grown on site. A perfect experience
Highly recommend visiting. Beautiful interior & exterior with locally sourced (mainly their farm) farm to table ingredients. Excellent wine selection with plenty of naturals. The owner is incredibly hospitable & makes you feel like a regular. If you are looking for a chic night, look no further.
Just had an experience at Maison De Soma that's too good not to share. This place is the real deal - a farm-to-table haven in Quebec. Chatting with the owners, I got the lowdown on their dream: a self-sustaining spot that honors Quebec's agricultural spirit. With 600 acres working to bring the freshest, locally-sourced foods to the table, it's clear they're pouring their hearts into every acre. Last Friday, I dove into their wine & tapas menu &, let me tell you, it's a week later & my taste buds are still dancing. Everything we tried was a hit, a blend of classic flavors & inventive twists, courtesy of a chef who brings a touch of Vietnamese flair to the table. It's not just the food, either. The cocktails? Pure artistry. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience crafted with care & creativity. So yeah, I'm a fan. Maison De Soma isn't just a café; it's a statement of love for food & land. I'll be back, & I'm bringing friends. Trust me, you'll want to do the same.

This is an experience! If you want great service & a wonderful date night with something to talk about. This would be it! My date suggested we take a photo of the plate that arrived then a photo of my face every-time I took a bite. Because it was hilarious, apparently. Each bite was so full of adventure & flavour that I would moan, chair dance & look like I was in heaven! The beef heart had use fighting over what was sharing equally. & you would never guest that Jerusalem artichoke could be so decadent! The staff was very attentive & great at giving detailed explanations of the dishes, the wine & the atmosphere was cozy but also modern. I highly recommend getting the wine pairing, you'll come away with a few new favourites. & do the 7 service it's well worth it. I can't wait to go back & try the wine bar!
It is a lovely location & the food was creative, fresh & local, however the servings were on the small side. It was a fixed menu so having some choices would have been nice. The main issue I had was the $23 +tax for a 5 ounce glass of average rose wine. I should have asked but they did not inform us of the inflated price of the wine. Overall, nice vistas but over priced.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate it. We want to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the wine pricing. We recently brought in a new sommelier to review and enhance our beverage offerings, and this may have caused some transitional issues. We're sorry for not informing you about the wine price beforehand. Rest assured, we take your feedback seriously, and we will communicate this to our team to ensure we improve our service. We wish you a nice day!
The decor & setting is enchanting. The food is fresh & innovatively put together...but it starts feeling like more of a marathon than a treat. We unfortunately went with the wine pairings & several were too odd to enjoy. Not worth $700 per couple all inclusive. They are still learning I think.
You have to go here!! This was one of the highlights of our trip!! The food & wine are delightful & such a wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly. The best food & such a great idea!
