Loïc, from Lyon, is the talent (& energy) behind this newish pastry shop on St-Laurent close to Beaubien. The babkas are a delight, & they also sell 3-4 decadent-looking variations on cinnamon rolls. Major yum!

Sûrement les meilleurs rolls, babkas & pralines de ma vie. De vrais produits faits par des passionnés hyper sympas.
MAIS impossible de mettre 5 étoiles, tout simplement parce que je peux jamais en acheter. Ils ont opté pour les pires horaires de la terre: uniquement le jeudi & le vendredi à partir de midi.
Deux fois j'ai réussi à y aller… en posant un congé. & c'était deux fois le même jour.
Prenez donc cet avis comme une déclaration d'amour frustrée & une promesse : le jour où vous aurez une boutique avec des horaires normaux, je viendrai chaque semaine & je j'actualiserais cet avis à 5 étoiles. En attendant, il ne me reste que mes rêves & ma salive.

Cinnamon rolls are good.

The pecan one was really good.

Plain is okay but it needs either a thicker filling or some flaky pastry.
