Loïc, from Lyon, is the talent (& energy) behind this newish pastry shop on St-Laurent close to Beaubien. The babkas are a delight, & they also sell 3-4 decadent-looking variations on cinnamon rolls. Major yum!

Cinnamon rolls are good.

The pecan one was really good.

Plain is okay but it needs either a thicker filling or some flaky pastry.
