Honestly perfect for students & those who are on a budget. Food was good & price was great! Especially in this economy! It's quite affordable considering three dishes with tax & tip was $40!
Great spot for affordable, good value Chinese food. They offer dumplings, noodles, & soup casseroles. The space is spacious, clean, & gets a lot of natural light from large glass panels. We came for Sunday lunch & the service was quick & efficient - very much in the style of dining in Asia, so don't expect staff to check in unless you flag them down. You order via QR code & food comes out quickly.
We ordered the pickled cucumber, steamed beef soup dumplings, steamed pork soup dumplings, & the crispy pork & meatball soup casserole. The soup casserole was the highlight - packed with Chinese herbal flavours & lots of good ingredients. The dumplings were decent for the price ($5.99 for 6), though we've had better elsewhere & they did taste pre-made.
Saw this restaurant being featured on Instagram & decided to come try it out. Can say, the food is super delicious & extremely well priced. We got all that food & it only costed around $40 including tax. The service was ok but the waitress didn't seem too happy to see customers & when we asked for hot tea, we were only given half a cup & no refills, which was a little odd. Introduced this restuarant to my friends & they love it as well! Just super affordable & tasty so would definitely recommend.
Great price, great service & tasty food! Highly recommend. I love their mobile ordering system which is very reminiscent of China, & really hard to find around here
Very good pricepoint. The radish appetizer was a rare find & done very well. I would have preferred if the dandan noodles had stronger flavours & used minced pork instead of dried shrimp, it could have also used cucumber slices or some greens.
Busy restaurant, we did have to wait for the food. It doesn't look hand-made but its still really good & tasty. Very good service & price is worth it. I recommend it to couple or a group of 4 max.
Came in here for the first time on a whim, the hostess seemed confused but we were seated. Had to order online through a qr code & got a confirmation receipt brought to us with no price on it. Food did not take long but it was just placed in front of us with no acknowledgment. Had to wait for our appetizer to be brought after our dumplings to clarify which had curry sauce & which did not. Other than that we got no service, & once we were done our meal we got up thinking we would pay at the counter but we were told it could be brought to us. Overall no real service & food was not the best for the price theyre trying to promote,.
The food was super tasty & high quality. There is a great variety of options to choose from & everything is at a very respectable price. Ordering is seamless & can be done table side making it easy to get food quickly. Highly recommended & will definitely be back again!
I was really not fond of the chicken in the noodles & chicken soup, it felt like it was reheated & from a cheap rotisserie chicken you can buy at the store.
However I think that the chicken was the only thing that was problematic, my friends took other dishes like the pork dumplings & another noodle dish which were tasty according to them.
The waiters were really nice & the location is ideal, next to the metro & Concordia university.
Also prices are good & you get good portions for what you pay for.
